I used Fidi Cleaners & Tailors since 2019. It was a fine and convenient place until 3 months ago when they lost an entire bag of clothes I gave them through their wash and fold service.

I get mistakes happen but what really annoyed me was the lack of accountability the store owner took. He kept on blaming the third party service they used when I paid him and kept saying it wasn't his fault.

If I didn't call or go into the store they wouldn't contact me (even though they said they would provide updates about the missing clothes) and I really think they were hoping I wold just go away so they wouldn't have to pay me back. I even had to file a dispute with my credit card company because the owner didn't even remove the initial charge for the service. All the store owner did was blame someone else and was constantly dismissive.

I finally got a refund, which wasn't even close to the value of the clothes but at least it's something. They initially didn't even refund me the price they said they would and when I called the owner to tell him it was incorrect he told me to have some patience. Par for the course though with this place and it's why I won't be using this store again because of the horrible customer service. I would have used again if they just treated me correctly.

This place steals clothes. I dropped off a Louis Vuitton T-Shirt that the man claimed was never dropped off when it was clear on my receipt and in the system. The man at the front refused to acknowledge when he was the one I left my shirt with. He directed me to Manager and Manager said he would try to find my shirt and call me back. I called him a week later and again said he would call me back. That was 2 months ago. I still have not received a call back. I have no shirt and the value of the shirt has not been returned to me.

If you care for your clothes as I do. Do not go here.

Was going on vacation and busy with work so I figured Id use this place despite having laundry in my building. Did the pick up and drop off service..

One of my white shirts had stains on it so I brought it back and was told theres nothing they can do (there were no stains when I gave it to them) and they are not responsible for anything that happens to your clothes. Ive washed this shirt many times myself with 0 issues. Its standard cotton.

What kind of customer service is this? I would never give these people any of my clothes again. Just tossed the shirt. Very poor customer service and guy was rude

The owner was incredibly rude. I called him to ask what time my order should be ready and he got very aggressive. Then called me back later demanding I get there by 6:30 (they close at 7). I was running a little late so he called me again screaming at me and then hung up on me. He didn’t even get all of the stain out. Never going back here.

After a year and half of brining my clothes to be tailored and dry cleaned, I decided I will not continue coming here after the treatment I received today from the man at the front desk. He was rude and treated me horribly. I usually pop in the morning and say hi how are you and let them know what I need.

He replied to me in a very nasty manner saying“You need to wait, can’t you see I’m busy.” I was taken back at his tone. I don’t understand his treatment after being a pleasant client, (I go there at least every other month for tailoring. Regardless it was very disrespectful to talk that way.) I’m a very understanding person but also believe it’s important to be mindful in how you deliver a message. If he would have said, “I’m sorry but I’m very busy at the moment, you may have to wait a few minutes”, I would have appreciated that much more.

Tailoring prices have gone up last year anyways. I will be taking my clothing elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The tailor does a good job for the most part, he has only messed up on two of my shirts.

Ideal place for dropping off clothes for a service wash and fold. Very good value as well. If your staying at the hotels nearby and don't want to take home smelly clothes. Drop them off here in the morning and pick up later in evening or next day.

I brought two white dress shirts and both were returned with STAINS. Owner said its not his problem and denied a refund. Place is a disgrace and apparently the owner has ni liability when he ruins clothing.

Every alteration has been a disaster from dress pants to a coat - need multiple attempts every single time (I only came back because they are so close to work). One time I gave them a shirt with the missing button to put back on - they lost the button immediately right in front of me (after I nicely asked them to be careful not to loose it) and then did not even attempt to look for the button they just lost and pretended I was not there when I was the only one in the shop. Rude, horrible service, inconsistent. Do not give them your money or you will regret it.
