I have NO IDEA how they possibly have good reviews for customer service. HONESTLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE GOTTEN IN YEARS!!!!

Let me set the stage... I look online for a moving truck for a date in towards the end of December. I find that Kelowna states they have a 24ft truck. I check availability and yes it's available the days we need it, great! Or so I thought. I call to talk to customer service about if the truck has winter tires as we have to go through 2 mountain passes to move our belongings. FIRST I am told by customer service that we need to have chains for the tires and they don't supply them buy can get then and charge us, perfect NOPE! Then I'm told we have to get our own chains, sure whatever, all I need to know is the tire size. Customer service says she will have to check and call me back. I called at 10:07am on November 27,2024. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL BACK AS OF 4:30pm November 28,2024. I thought no big deal my husband is living in kelowna currently and works very close he can stop by, make the reservation and get the tire size so we can purchase the required chains. They WERE ABOSLUTELY THE RUDEST THEY COULD POSSIBLY BE to my husband WHO WAS JUST ASKING QUESTIONS AND TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION. APPARENTLY THEY DON'T HAVE A 24FT TRUCK which why would they be saying anything about needing chains and he questioned them about not returning MY phone call the previous day and the response & excuses given was "the power was out for 2.5 hours" AND that "they get busy". SERIOUSLY you had ALL DAY minus 2.5 hours AND ALL DAY NOVEMBER 28 TO CALL BACK. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!!!

DO BETTER, BE BETTER, TREAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JOB!!!!

Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD.

Pickup and drop-off went smoothly, excellent service. Truck was clean and ready for me. I rent 20+ cars a year and this was one of the best experiences I've had.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I went into Driving Force in Kelowna to inquire of about renting a truck to trailer a vehicle back to Kelowna. Tahtjana was simply a wealth of knowledge. She explained the different truck models they had to offer in educated detail. She also went over their “insurance for purchase options” on the vehicle. She explained the MRSP of that vehicle was over $80,000 and to have the adequate insurance to cover it in case of a loss. Subsequently, I had to phone and modify my reservation. Megan was very accommodating and friendly to make the changes required. I would not rent a vehicle anywhere else from now on. A Very amazing experience!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD!!!

Ashley and Tatiana from the Kelowna branch provided exceptional customer service. Ashley was patient, explained things in detail, thorough, answered all of our questions, super accommodating and went above and beyond. Tatiana was helpful, efficient, a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable. We normally rent vehicles from other companies but because of the customer service provided at Driving Force Kelowna, we will continue to be loyal and rent from them.
