Amazing! A lot of changes to this place used to be ran by a terrible manager with terrible front respitionist. But not any more. New manager. Diane is awesome. Only complaint is they only take cash. I love Dr Tran. He is willing to listen to your needs and apply what is medically necessary.

I've been calling more than five times per day during their business hours for over two weeks and it always says they're not open and doesn't allow you to leave a message.

My father died because of Thomas Tran gross negligence and would not refer my dad to a lung doctor despite months of persistent cough and despite us begging him to send my dad to another specialist.
We never pursued anything because it would not bring my dad back but I will never forgive him. He did not care about his patients and spent less than 5mins in a room. He prescribed my dad random drugs that did not correlate with the cough and never did a workup for the cough

Now as a medical practitioner, I am even more aware of the situation. I would not recommend this office because of a severe lack of compassion but also because there is severe lack of patient advocacy

My family and I have been patients of Dr Tran since we moved to Wichita in 2010. He is an excellent family Dr. One that actually cares about his patients. There have been several times where we just couldn’t afford some of my husbands medications and he has given him samples until we can get them.

Dr Tran has been a most exceptional doctor. High blood pressure I suffered. I went to four different doctors to no avail. I began filing for disability thinking things would not get better. I went to see one more doctor, Dr. Tran. Blood pressure reduced felt better no need for disability. I am very grateful.

Worst service ever, I called to make appointments for my parents but the girl was on the phone had no idea what I wanted to be done and not helping to make schedule at all. She was rude and didn’t help us to make our schedule works. And the clinic never opened, we had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get checkup, waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

The service here is pretty awful—the receptionists will leave you on hold for hours and have terrible attitudes. I do not recommend this place at all. Although there are some good nursing staff, the bad outweighs the good. As a whole, the staff is disorganized, rushed, and unwelcoming. Avoid this place.
