Michael A. is the absolute BEST! I truly missed my mouse and my shortcuts, but he was able to get them working again. He could have done what the "squad" at the big blue box place (that is NOT the best place to buy stuff) did, and tell me that I would have to get a new mouse. However, he kept reaching back out to me until he was able to find what he needed, and now I have my favorite mouse back (you know you're old when you have a favorite mouse). Thanks Michael!!!
