After Being left stranded by wheels on Wheels for 3 hours outside in the cold ,

Today was the first time my husband and I used.Diamond Medical transport and I was pleasantly surprised by their punctuality Manny our driver was amazing, Friendly and polite. Diamonds Medical Transportation went above and beyond to help us out. After abdominal surgery, my Mom cannot walk and we needed to get her to the ER after she experienced complications. Ken was so helpful and kind and bent over backwards to support our request. Although he normally does dispatch, he agreed to pick her up within 20 minutes, took her to the ER and got her into a room without us having to sit in the waiting room. He was a gift in this very tough situation and we’ll only use Diamonds (and hopefully Ken) moving forward. Thank you!

My mom needed transport to her orthopedist. The driver showed up on time, delivered her to the appointment, took care of her needs and got her back home safely. We already booked another appointment for her. Great service!!

Fantastic! Ken arrived five minutes early and got our two wheelchair-bound grandparents, my husband and myself to the appointment on time! This is the only place I was able to reach who a) answered the phone and b) actually had a vehicle that could accommodate two wheelchairs at once. We were nervous to hire a medical transport because we heard such terrible things about them never being on time but I am so glad we found Diamonds Medical Transport. Highly recommend giving Ken a call! (I think they can also be covered by insurance, but you’ll have to ask how that works.)

We needed these services to take my mom home from the hospital after leg surgery. She's 91 years old,  with dementia, and wanted the transition to be as smooth as possible. She is precious cargo. We used a different company last time this happened and just wanted to try a new company. I was willing to give this company a try because of the reviews I read. I was not disappointed. I called to inquire the cost and time frame needed to set the ride up. I was very impressed that Ken called me to inquire on a release time from the hospital when he had not heard from me. Once we got the offical release, we got our time set and he showed up on time and was very patient, professional and helped make the ride very smooth. We hope we don't need to do this type of a ride from the hospital again but if we do, we'd definitely would call him again and would highly recommend his services. Thank you.
