I rented unit 916, the black Mercedes van, for my family road trip around the Four Corners States (New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado) and it was AWESOME!! The van was very comfortable and nicely maintained. We met with Jeff and he had the van ready and showed us how to use everything and he answered all of my questions, although I figured out on the way home from our trip that the rear captain seats can spin around but it wasn't a big deal. The van ran great and had zero problems during our trip. So overall it was a great rental experience and I will definitely be calling them again for our next vacation road trip. Thank you!!!

Jeff was very thorough and provided some great guidance to make this a truly memorable experience! The van was in immaculate condition and our kids loved it. The Dad's drove the van and the Mom's followed. 2 Dads, 5 kids aged between 5 and 10. We drove 750 miles with 1 Stop! Not kidding, not a peep out of them, they were so engaged, that time flew. We will be renting again! FYI, you can listen to music in the cockpit, while the passengers have the rear audio.

Great rental experience. Needed something with plenty of leg room and easy to get in and out of for my elderly father and their van was perfect. Made for a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. Pick up was a breeze. They walk you through all the features before hand to make sure you get the most out of your rental. If you are ever flying into DFW and need a vehicle with lots of space, you will not be disappointed with one of their vans.

2 stars due to the fact the vans are outstanding and prices are very reasonable. I haven’t had a chance to rent due to the sales guy whole demeanor, which ran me away. I say sales guy because I don’t believe he actually told me his name.

I put an online inquiring about vehicle unit 920. I received an email with rental reservations information. I called the guy to set up an appointment so I can see the inside of the vehicle. The very next day I was able to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, I said good morning, he mumbled good morning with his back turned towards me as he just started opening doors to the van. As I begin to look inside the van and get a good feel as to how comfortable my passengers would be, I started asking simple questions. His response was either “as stated online” or the answer was very short with no detail. This is my very first time renting a van of this caliber and it’s for a family vacation for spring break, so forgive me for wanting more details in person. I asked to see the black van which was the van I inquired about. I was told no because it has his personal belongings inside. I get they are all the same on the inside but if you see that I requested for vehicle 920 why drive it and tell me flat out no I can’t look inside.

Overall I could tell I wasn’t the clientele he wanted so he made sure he was extra dry, not friendly with no type of sales pitch to make me want to rent. He won. Looks like I’ll be renting a sprinter now.

So far so good. I'm about to remit my down payment to secure a van. I met Jeff last week to look at their vehicles. He was nice, walked me through both 7 & 9 passenger models, patiently answered my questions and explained the rental process. Their documents are professional with predictable terms and can be signed electronically via DocuSign. Jeff has also been responsive to my email questions. I'm optimistic and will write a follow-up review after we get back.

I just called in inquiry about prices. Since it said vans I assumed they had 15 passenger vans. The guy who answered was very rude and short. I could tell once he heard my voice I wasn’t what he wanted. He immediately stated maybe you should call Avis or enterprise. Then proceeded to say even if I did have those vehicles you couldn’t rent them out. I even proceeded and said well maybe I’m you can help another date and was asked how many dancers we had. He immediately said maybe you need a charter bus. I kindly said we do work with another Van & Charter company but was just looking for something for one day, but being that you don’t want to be any serivcr it’s ok. I said have a good day & disconnected the call. A great rule of thumb if you just want to service certain people say that and you never know who you may come in contact with. Always keep it Professional.

Jeff was very easy to deal with, and thoroughly answered all my questions. The vehicle we rented was exactly as described and in perfect working order. We had a great trip and had no problems or difficulties when returning the van. I will gladly rent from DFW Conversion Van Rental again in the future.

Excellent service. Was kind of skeptical at first, but you have NOTHING TO worry about. We met Jeff met us in the parking lot, we didnt have to get the kids out of our car. He had the van ready to go. We walked around and checked the van, everything was A OK. (Not EXTREMELY weird about NORMAL wear and tear that was ALREADY on the van,

[keep in mind, by normal, I mean to "my standards" you will have to discuss with him what his standards are, but I Can tell you, as a normal person, he's On The Level]

You are not going to be "Mysteriously Charged" or have some "Phantom Fee" that you missed in the agreement when you signed. We took care of the van and got our Full Deposit back.

It is What It Is.

We rented His van, we were responsible, we cleaned up after ourselves, and we took care of it, like it was a Baby. Do the same and you will be fine.

Jeff was ALWAYS punctual and on time with correspondence, and keeping in touch. Made the whole experience pretty worry-free, we even had some schedule changes, what I thought "wasn't gonna fly" pretty last-minute. But He was AWESOME, kept us very informed and updated throughout the whole thing.

•You've never done anything like this before

Don't worry.

My wife and I, along with 3 kids all went from Dallas, Texas to Colorado Springs, Colorado with ZERO problems.
Everything went perfectly, we will use them again next year.
