Me and my friends hired the Elijah for the week to take to Glastonbury in June. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Everything was cleaned to a high standard.
Any queries we had about the Elijah whilst away were dealt with in a sufficient manor by Jason. Although we had no issues with the campervan itself. All the staff were very friendly! I would definitely recommend! I will be hiring the Elijah again for next years trip.

The second time we have used cumbria motohome hire .Great motohome, drives well, Clean, cozy warm a mini home from home. Did the NC500 Scotland for 2 weeks .looking forward to our next trip in Elsie next march .

Dave was absolutely brilliant, couldn't have been more helpful. Brilliant company to deal with. Motorhome we hired was basically new and everything was perfect. Really nice to drive and we had such a great stay away in it. If you're looking to hire dont hesitate, get it booked. Honestly Dave was fantastic and a massive credit to the company!

Thank you for a lovely mid week break with Elsie the Motorhome.
We was met by Becky who showed us around our new home for the week and was very impressed with the service we received.
The Motorhome was lovely and clean, prepared and ready to explore.!
Came with a full tank of fuel, gas and water.
First time in a Motorhome for my wife and I and was a bit nervous at first driving a large unit but it was surprisingly easy to drive and soon settled into a comfortable drive. Very good on fuel too!
We toured around the Lake District for the five days, stopping at three campsites, all of which were quiet after the Easter break, so had no trouble booking a pitch for the night.
The Motorhome itself was well equipped for what we needed it for and the heating was great during the cold nights.
Having a bed ready to jump into was great, no need to set it up to sleep.
Tv reception was also good too.!
When we returned the Motorhome at the end of our break we were welcomed with very cheerful staff and once the checks were done, with no issues to report, we unloaded and went about our way.
To sum up, good value, great service, friendly staff, loved the Motorhome and can highly recommend this firm if you wish to have a break away in a motorhome. !

Just wanted to say the van I hired Ellie as been fantastic. Been to the isle of Mull. This van was spot on and so well equipped. The automatic gear box was a dream round the mountain roads . I couldn't fault the van one bit brilliant. Everything was great, just cruise along stop where you want and as long as you have food and drink your sorted. Will definitely hire again next year. I have loved my trip .

Excellent company and service from start to finish. We will be coming back again for our next motorhome holiday. We hired Elsie to go to the Alps for Christmas. Jason made sure the motorhome was fit for the alps. See you again soon!

I hired a motorhome at the beginning of October to visit the Lake District. The motorhome was great. It had plenty of storage space, and having the fixed bed was great. As it was cold overnight I had to use the heating, which performed perfectly, I was very snug. It had almost everything you needed for the hire, I would just suggest a few minor cooking items such as a colander (rather hard to drain pasta without one). The built in microwave was a real bonus though. The whole handover process was great. Sadly I had a minor accident, someone hit and damaged my wing mirror and I had to bear the cost, however the hire company gave me a voucher towards my next hire which is something they did not have to do. All in all I had a great time at the Lakes in the motorhome and will definitely be returning to hire from them again

This is the second time I have used Cumbria Motorhome Hire and I will be a returning customer again next year! We had Ellie for our trip over to the NE coast and she had everything we needed and plenty of room. The onsite staff were really friendly and helpful and the van was exceptional clean.
