Cruise America RV Rental

Jeffrey was a fantastic host, gave great detail and direction. The RV ran perfectly and provided a fantastic break from reality for a week of traveling. Highly recommend this location for your RV rental needs! They had extras for rent as well, coolers, canopies, kitchen equipment etc

Wonderful experience! Jeffrey was so helpful, kind and responsive throughout the whole process. Seems to mostly be a one man show, and man does he do a good job. Keep in mind that this is a shed business and cruise America is secondary to that, but still important. It’s just him. Cleaning and getting everything ready. Even though we arrived early he was ready for us! The RV was just as expected, a cheap and reliable used RV ready for the masses. Everything worked as expected. We had an open conversation about all servicing, any damages or repair work and he gave me great tips for the first time driver. We stopped at the recommended camp site to dump our tanks, quick easy, cheap and close to the drop off point. I definitely recommend renting from here, but keep in mind it is Cruise America, the U-Haul of RVing. If you want something fancy look for a local rv rental place. Hard to beat this price point though!

Puck up was less than 1hr. I saw a lot of reviews warning people about the long pick up time. Drop off was less than 30mins. The gentleman at the McDonough location was very nice and thorough. The RV was very clean and working well. One of the burners wasn't working but it didn't bother us, we grilled out.

RV was ready at 1 as promised, cleaned and ready to go. Very friendly and explained a lot about the RV to make sure our experience with seamless. Gave us his personal cell just in case we had any issues. Everything worked as should and drop off was efficient as well. Great location since we were able to park our car there. Overall would rent again. Thank you!

When we arrived the RV wasn't completely cleaned, the refrigerator wasn't cold, had to buy ice. The attendant let the truck battery die because he didn't check it when the last renter brought it in with the headlights left on. After loading our belongings, the truck wouldn't start. Had to find the attendant again, who then showed us the emergency start. All, a bit stressful after driving 6 hours to pick up the RV for repositioning to the Kissimmee location for refurbishing & sale.

Highly recommend! This was a great experience from start to finish. Jeffrey was very kind and did a great job walking us through how everything works on the RV. First time RV renters, so Jeffrey really eased our minds. Will be renting again in the future!!

We enjoyed our RV. Everything worked great and we were able to get to our in-laws and back very comfortably. We received it clean, the rental agent was friendly, helpful, and really knew what he was talking about. We didn't want the extra $12/day insurance at first, but it really came in handy when we popped a tire. Didn't get charged a thing for them sending a guy to change the tire. We will definitely be using them again.
