One of the worst experiences I
Have ever had dealing with a business . The contractors were good but the sales staff were the most unprofessional people I have ever met. It took months for us to get our cabinets done and it will
Be 2 years that I have been waiting to get some warranty work done. When I talked to Edna she said she had put in a work order and that’s the last time I heard from her.. I sent her a text 1 year later asking for the distributor phone number to get another contractor but I have never heard back from them. I would never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest score I can give

Buddy driving one of the company trucks literally just saved my life about 10 minutes ago. I was rolling forward at a green and he stopped and I question why he stopped so I slow down and somebody blew past us doing about 100 to 150 kilometers an hour in a 60 Zone through a red light. I'm not sure why you guys have a one-star review, and I don't care why that one star review is but your driver deserves a 5-star review and more because of the life you save tonight. Cheers

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Expierence with this company gets worse everyday.
Still waiting for the kitchen to be installed after it being put off over a month past the original eta.
They cannot ever give you a for sure time and cannot seem to stick to a scheduale. Many times we have waited around for them to find out they decided they couldnt come today.
No one who works here is ever on the same page.
(Have to have someone home to control the dog and let them in) After they dont show for the 5th time they suggested take the dog to a kennel for the day so they can show up whenever they please !! UMMM NO. We scheduale in times with you ! Just because you cant keep to your own scheduale does not mean I need to a) pay for my dog to stay in a kennel b) let you in my house when no one is home!!!
Ordered kitchen back in early Septemeber
Was supposted to be in last week october; 1st week november at LATEST.
We were extremely patient with the fact that the kitchen took a while to ship to their place because of weather. Getting install has been absolute hell.
Will be lucky if its in before Xmas at this rate.
Will never use this company again

Took 4 months to complete a 3 cupboard project. If it wasn't for Stefan that installs the cabinets it would have been a total disaster. Mistake after mistake and the blame game.
