Your service man, PK, was here within an hour of our call for our heating issue. We had no heat in the middle of the day on Saturday with night temperatures forecasted to go to the mid 30's. PK was here, as promised, and uncovered the issue within an hour and we couldn't be happier. PK is a fantastic representer of your company.
