I chose this supplier because I wanted to support local and boy am I glad I did! The staff and owners are superb. Thank you for all your help Stew and Michael in getting my custom wheelchair fitted to my every need. I was able to get a quick response when my wheel needed tightening and had someone to my house the next day. What FANTASTIC service they all provide.
I would highly recommend going in person or even talking with someone on the phone for all your mobility needs, whether you are submitting through ADP or out of pocket. I often choose to go in person to the store as it is completely wheelchair accessible and I can see the equipment first hand. I have gone to the other shops but confidently know that this is the best in Ottawa!

Conval-Aid came to my house today to install some bars in my washroom for me. Gerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He ensured that everything was secured for my needs and even vacuumed up all the dust afterward.

Thank you Terry Lesiak for all your help in my purchase of the Hospital lift bed and mattress. It is everything you said it would be. The mattress is very comfortable and the bed is amazing. It has made a big difference in my quality of life.

My mother broke her hip. I am a nurse who works in physical rehab. I knew of a bathbench I had seen in my workplace that was very sturdy. I was looking but did not find this particular bath-bench on the display floor. A kind lady asked if she could help me. I described it and she assured me she would have a look in 'the back'. Low and behold they had the exact one.
Then they proceeded to ask me what side the shower spout was on...and before I knew it they had assembled it! It was so quick and fast! They even asked my sister and I if we needed help getting it to the car.
I felt like we had not seen this kind of service for years and years. It was like being in a time warp.
People were kind, knowledgeable and wanted to genuinely help.
We could not have been more grateful.
It would have been easy to tell us 'what is on display is what we have'.
They went out of their way to help us.
We couldn't be more grateful.

Purchased my daughter's chair from them and a foot pedal broke, from the initial contact with reception, to Jack who works in repairs then to John who completed the work, all staff were awesome and worked quickly to get the chair fixed! Kudos to all for the great service!! Highly recommend them!!

There isn’t anywhere better to get mobility help. Very professional, lots of great advice and practical information. Brad was very helpful and I really appreciated all his help with my new chair.
