If I could put ZERO start I would - I had an urgent delivery and called this company, but what I experienced was beyond frustrating. The person I spoke with, Maria, was incredibly rude and unfriendly from the start. She refused to take the job and wouldn’t even offer a clear explanation. I called multiple times for clarification, only for her to pretend she wasn’t available! Unbelievably, when I called back a last time, she accidentally picked up, revealing her lack of professionalism. I’m not a rude person, but the way Maria handled the situation was mean, unfair, and frankly unacceptable. If she’s an employee here, I hope her boss reads this and keeps her far away from any customers. She should seriously reconsider a role where she doesn't deal with customers. Complete waste of my time and I wouldn’t trust them with any delivery! I called you guys on Friday 20th September for a delivery in SW11, check your records and call me if you want to talk about my very bad experience. Awful service all around. PLUS, they were expensive. I finally called Gophr who offered the best services, at a great price and quick delivery.

We were approached by a CTS rep beginning of the year by the name of Aliya, we arranged a meeting to get more insight on the services etc. Aliya pitched and introduced the company and she explained they offer direct solo courier services, we as a company have been looking for something similar for a very long time. CTS is very prompt and professional with a variety of fleet available. We have since been a loyal customer of CTS and we have never been let down, they completely cater to your needs and prioritize you as a business.
