Commercial Appliance Parts & Service should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of small business owners. They tack on multiple "fees" when replacing a part that costs $80 and you end up with over $800 in "fees" on top of that $80; after which, they do not guarantee that that their work will fix the problem!

My tech Ron is the best. He's done many service calls for me. Straightforward, gets the job done no excuses and he takes the time to explain what's going on. He knows everything about every piece of equipment in your business which saves you much time on diagnostics and repairs. I've been in the industry 20 years so I know the good from the bad. Some people waste your time and money so ask for Ron.

Horrible service and potential rip off. Took a Commercial high-speed oven in for repair estimate due to time constraints at my business and was given an estimate for a Capacitor and a Transformer. When I looked at the estimate the listed transformer it was a 230-volt 50 hertz unit. This would be incorrect as the American grid is 60 hertz and the oven was a 208/240 dual voltage unit. I also thought it was odd that they called for the replacement of a capacitor that I had tested and was within spec. I contacted them and asked the manager, Annette Davis, to please check on this and she told me they sell them all the time and became indignant. The next estimate she gave me listed the items again but now included a magnetron not previously mentioned and the same European transformer which I found was over 100 dollars higher in cost then the American counterpart. A call to the VP of Operations, Tina Reese, resulted in me being referred back to the nasty manager so I just decided to retrieve my oven. This took place over months and they never took the initiative to resolve the issue. Had I not been a repairman for these products myself I would never have recognized what was going on and I’m still up in the air if it was criminal intent to defraud me and charge more or total incompetence by numerous people up to the VP of operations. Maybe next time they'll tell me it's the Flux Capacitor and ill know for sure.

RON ! What a man !! I have a self cooking oven from Rational, and have been dealing with them for 2 weeks. I contact Commercial appliance and they send me Ron! All I have to say it’s that is the best technician that I met !
Very patient, professional. With him, don’t be scared to have a fast bad job, just close your eyes and he will fix everything that is needed! No surprise ! (And it’s very rare in miami !)
