My husband and I used CNP’s services on our wedding day and I must say we were highly impressed! We had to make a few changes to our reservation time and pick up, and the booking team was so accommodating, it took a lot of stress off of us. Nick was very hospitable, respectful and kind. The drive was smooth and the quality of service was beyond amazing. We were treated as if we were a king and queen. We used CNP for our annual girl's night now and we had a great experience. From the first contact and prompt response to the drop off at the end of the night, everything was professional. I left a message inquiring about the company and Nick called me back within hours. Nichole was great about emailing me the info and getting us booked and ready. The driver, Rick, was on time, polite, and didn't hesitate to take us anywhere we wanted to go. This is a very professional company with class and I will definitely use CNP again. It made our night fun, easy, and safe.

The experience was an episode!!! The lack of communication ended up with the party bus going to the venue, having an accident and subsequently, not arriving to pick up the guests to transport to the venue!! As a result, a second bus came, with none of the drinks, ice, cups which were included in the package. The 70th birthday party was an hour late, due to the poor service of this company!!

Hired the company for two nights the weekend of my wedding. The first night the bus driver hit a wedding guest's car with the bus, didn't want to file a report, and had expired insurance. Later they refused to make additional stops even though when we hired we informed them of the night's plan; and the one additional stop would have ended the night 20 minutes earlier than we had them booked for. The next day, I called to inform them that it was imperative that the bus be on time as we were on a very strict schedule. Six minutes prior to our departure time I was called and informed that they would be 15-20 minutes late to our location. I was informed that I would receive a refund on the phone because I was forced to cancel as we could not wait any additional time. The next day, when I emailed the company I was told that I had not inquired about a refund and it was not company policy. Later, they refunded me half "as a courtesy"; however, it was not my breach that caused the cancellation, and I believe I should have been refunded the whole amount for the second day.

Hired CNP for airport transportation to and from the airport for our vacation. The service was excellent and on time! The drivers are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this service for all of your transportation needs. I can not thank CNP enough for adding a touch of luxury to our vacation!

I had such a disappointing experience with CNP Luxury. I spoke with Courtney (The Owner) on April 18th about booking a Rolls Royce car service for the weekend of May 18th. I explained to Courtney that I was not sure of the logistics of that weekend as I was still in the planning stages. One of my primary concerns was car availability for that weekend due to it being Prom season. Courtney informed me that a 50% Deposit would secure a car for me and we can work the details out later (I have an email to back this claim up).

Fast forward to today, May 14th, 2018. I called Courtney to let her know that I decided to go a different direction and would not need the car service after all. Courtney proceeds to tell me that all deposits are Non-Refundable. I challenged this “new information” as anyone that spent $852 would. Courtney then proceeds to tell me that the Non-Refundable verbiage can be found on the following:
-The Contract
-The receipt
-And their website

The issue is, I NEVER received a Contract or a Receipt for my Deposit. I also checked (and documented) the website while on the phone with Courtney and guess what, it was not listed there either. When I told Courtney that she never made me aware of the No Refund (deposits) policy she told me that I never asked about the policy! She also informed me that this is standard practice in the car service business. I am not in the car service industry so how should I know this.

Once I made Courtney aware that I have not received a contract(they had 3 weeks to send it) or a receipt, she then explains to me that Contracts are sent out “after” deposits are made and she has had customers find receipts in their spam. Of course I checked my spam folder while on the phone and NO receipt . I then went on to explain to Courtney that her business practices are unprofessional. If you have a Non-Refundable policy(Deposits) the customer should know this BEFORE any deposits are made not afterwards when you send out the contract and the receipt.

She then suggested that she was trying to be flexible with me by allowing me keep my Deposit on file(for 6 months) for later use, and that I was upset because I couldn’t have my way. I asked for clarity on what was on the receipt and she begin to tell me how she doesn’t know what’s on the receipt verbatim and that I would need to give her time to get back to the office to check her emails.

An hour or so later she FINALLY had her assistant (Kim) send the receipt. Of course the receipt as well as the disclaimer of the email has verbiage about their refund policy.

If you decide to book with this company be sure and get the contract BEFORE you make a deposit!

I will be persuing legal action, this is unacceptable and I am not leaving $852 on the table!
