The app showed my sons route starting today so we were ready waited over an hour and the bus drove past our house, the wait time to get someone on the phone was another 30 mins, just for them to say on its only showing that on the app because the driver was assigned today but it actually won't start until 3 days later. NO accommodation was made for their mistakes

This deng bus was over 40 minutes late! While kids waiting at the magnet school pickup spot at Las Vegas HS the bus finally came, drove in, open doors shut doors! Not even 2 seconds trying to make it seem like yea ok I went to that stop. C0337 Bus left over 4 LVA kids behind after making them wait over 40minutes!!!!!! Not only will these students be late because bus didn’t come on time they’ll be even later trying to call parents that the damn bus just drove off and left literally driving around the other busses to get the hell out so quick. How you just leave all the kids that been waiting that long like they weren’t standing there!!!! Can’t even get through to anybody on their line either!

if I could give them 0 stars I would, the staffing here are definitely unhappy with their jobs or something smh. Every time I HAVE to contact them I dread it, but today was the worse...I was on hold for almost an hour and I was asked if I have my children school ID #s I said yes, let me get it. She says "because you dont have it ready just have it ready for the next agent that will help you" and put me back on hold before I could even tell her I had it ready now smh she only had to wait 1 second for me to click open my notes on my phone smh!!

The department should be looked into. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the reps no one seems to know what's going on just putting you on hold without communicating why. The wait time is over an hour and once you finally speak to someone they’re rude rushing you off the phone they don't set proper expectations. It doesn't look good and the county should do better. Worse experience ever.

Why wait til the day of school to inform us that they dropped transportation for 6th graders? There was a whole summer for us to figure stuff out but now here we are scrambling trying to figure out how to get our kids to school and us to work on time.

These rent a bus driver for CCSD need to check themselves just because you’re sitting up in a big yellow bus doesn’t intimidate drivers on the road and highways! The next time they’re going to push-up on the wrong person and be put in a situation not only do they need to be in but also they don’t need to start. They are supposed to safely drive these buses that have our children in them to and from school not act like they lost their minds and because of road rage want to start something they will regret, not only for themselves but a law suit for CCSD too!

I recently had a conversation with a supervisor and I was deeply disappointed by her behavior. As a supervisor, it is expected that she would handle escalated calls with professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, she was pushy, dismissive to my concerns, and did not offer any solutions. What made matters worse is that she repeatedly referred to me as "baby", which I found to be inappropriate and uncomfortable.

This department has been a source of frustration for parents with special needs children, and if the is the level of communication they provide, it is truly disheartening. Supervisors should be held to a higher standard and should approach calls with delicacy. In addition to her lack of professionalism, she never introduced herself to me which just adds to the continued disappointing display of our interaction. This experience with the Supervisor has raised concerns about the safety of our children when they are being transported by this department.
