Excellent experience for a last minute rental after Home Depot canceled my truck reservation the night before . Andrade was a bright spot on a rainy day and seamlessly helped me get my vehicle and answer my questions. The $1 per mile is a bit pricey but the facility was clean and A+ customer service. Would rent from here again.

The entire City Wide Self Storage team is professional and accommodating. We have had numerous items shipped to their facility and delivered to our new home in St Pete. Scheduling was easy and efficient. We did not have to wait long for our items to be delivered to our home. The actual delivery team is polite, profession and patient with us as we moved furniture and items around the room. I would highly recommend the Company for all your delivery needs.

I found myself in a situation that required a last-minute U-Haul rental, and Andrade went above and beyond to assist me. John was extremely helpful and accommodating even though U-Haul screwed us over by letting us "reserve" a truck when it wasn't even available! Luckily someone returned the truck early when we were there and John trusted us to use it and bring it back before the next reservation at 8am. Thanks John! And U-Haul - DO BETTER! We will be coming for that $50 reservation guarantee

The team was AMAZING to work with! They were fast, but made sure to take care of all the items to not damage them or damage the clients walls or floors when bringing in the furniture. Would use them many times again!
