Very clean and well organized location. This was my first time visiting and I thought to myself, “why haven’t I visited this place before?” The location and parking is convenient. This is the best hardware store ever because of Bryan. I lost a very specific square nut that wasn't in stock. Bryan helped me file down a nut and tapped it into my battery all while helping other customers. He took a bunch of time, went above and beyond to help. He even knew the bolt size and thread pitch just by eyeballing the nut. Dude deserves a raise and a bonus.

They don’t even deserve one star. Why would they hire a towing company to tow cars that charge $375? It seems to me that if they cared about their customers they wouldn’t be in cahoots with a shady company .

Taylor assisted me in choosing the correct paint and brush for my project. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient. I wish all retail stores were like Ace on 400 South!

This is an excellent Ace Hardware location. Although they may not have the extensive stock that Home Depot or Lowe's has, the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've come in with a few odd requests and have left more than satisfied. I once brought in an inline skate that had a missing part, and a staff member was able to angle grind a bolt to the exact length I needed. Another time, an associate, Ben, gave me some great advice for a part for my Dremel, a tool I'm not super familiar with (yet). I save time and money when I shop here!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent selection of canning supplies! Not only a great place for general project needs.. but also some interesting gift ideas 😉 The staff was patient and approachable. I think this will be my go-to hardware store for awhile.

Absolutely bizarre experience. Went in to get some paint for a touch up job, then the lady at the paint counter started arguing with me because the last employee didn't correctly label the paint can I needed more of. Then she accused me of somehow manipulating the paint can label (!!?)

Seemed like she was mostly in a hurry to get rid of me and go do something else, so it's probably best to not annoy them with your business either.
