This company has generally friendly owners. They were able to accommodate a last minute rental. When picking up the 13 passenger luxury rental, the owner discovered that the seats and power chargers in the back of the van did not work. So essentially no power to the back of the van. Seats did not recline nor did the power outlets work. He attempted to give us the other van (15 passenger) which we agreed but realized (thankfully) before we left that the registration was expired. Being that we needed a van to leave for our vacation we went ahead and took the luxury van even though the seats didn’t recline and the power ports didn’t work. The van operated fine mechanically otherwise. We unfortunately had to evacuate from our Disney trip due to a category 5 hurricane. I let the owner know that we would be back sooner than our return date. This morning, I talked to his wife to let her know that we’d be dropping off. I asked if we would be refunded for the 2 days that we did not have the van. She told me she’d talk to her husband and let me know. So I returned the van. Upon returning she let me know that they would not be refunding for the 2 day ($329 per day) charges. Had I known, I would’ve kept the van for the 2 additional days and taken my kids somewhere near by for a quick 2 day getaway since I already paid out for the van anyway. I was offered a discount on my next rental but I will not be utilizing this company again because I was not told prior to returning the vehicle 2 days early that they do not refund. I would’ve continued with my rental as booked. Unfortunate circumstances but will not recommend this company, nor use them again.

We absolutely loved our Mercedes Luxury Van we rented. The entire process was simple and easy, the owners are very friendly and are in direct contact with you through the process and trip. We definitely will be using them again for our future tours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE LUXURY MERCEDES SPRINTER VAN, it has reclining seats, super spacious, the rear becomes a bed, and it’s actually very easy and comfortable to drive. Thank you!!!!!

Highly recommend this company if you are looking into renting a large passenger van. They helped me out every step for the rental process. I rented the 13 passenger luxury van and it made my 20 plus hour road trip very comfortable. Also they are very friendly people and give you a walk through if the van before leaving.

Thank you for this experience. The best option for long road trips. Kids had a blast as they were able to relax and play on the bed style seating. The van is clean and the booking process was convenient, so it was a hassle free, fun experience! Highly recommend Cheap Vehicles Rentals!
