I get that we are just getting out of a pandemic.. but it was so hard for me even in 2021 to get of hold of anyone at Century Transportations. Even last year before my wedding my event coordinator told I needed one. I told her I been trying to get hold of them and I got nothing. After that in April of this year they finally answer my mom and then after we picked the bus and times! They never sent me way of payment in till the week of my wedding… and after that calls me two days before my wedding they called telling me payment didn’t go through and when it did. It was a lot of stress and unnecessary drama. I honestly wasn’t that happy with the service.. on my wedding day the last shuttle bus LEFT without us … me and my Husband and are party! My husband actually ran after it and people on the bus told him someone was running after them and he still didn’t stop. We had to call someone on the bus for him to come back.. I wouldn’t recommend.

I have long ago lost my confidence in your company. And now I have lost all of my patience.
Get your act together Century Transportation
You changed our pick up to 15min later. We thought, great, maybe that will help with more accurate timelines.
Wrong.
Today it was 5° outside. At our stop, 9 children and 4 adults arrived at 745am with quiet anticipation that a bus would arrive on time. We had not received notification that there was any delays.
It started to rain. I called STSCO. Their call line was so flooded (I'm assuming by other parents in the same predicament) that the message was "We are experiencing high call volume. Please try again later." No option to wait on hold. I was hung up on. I called several times. Meanwhile another parent called Century. They don't even have an option of waiting on hold to speak to someone. No one answered our calls.
We waited for 27 minutes. In the cold. In the rain. And still no school bus.
At 8:18am (2 minutes before our school bell) I received an email from STSCO that the bus would be 15 min late.....well the bus was supposed to arrive at 7:51, so it is long past 15 minutes delay. At this notification we parents gave up. We drove our children to school.
Century Transportation has yet again cost us time and gas money. You have made us late for work. You have made us late for appointments. Our children are late for school YET AGAIN with no or inadequate notifications of delays. We are literally left standing in the rain hoping to see a bus turn the corner.

We still don't know what time the bus arrived at our stop. Or if it did at all.

We are bus 078. The parents know that there is a problem with your system. The school knows that there is a problem with your system.

The system doesn't work. But what do you care, you already secured the contracted, right?

At least 5 weeks this year without Bus service so far. The excuse we get is they can't get drivers. If they can't honor their contract with a school board, I would avoid a private charter with them and find someone that has drivers.
