I scheduled an appointment in December 30.2024.. The agent took my information regarding my insurance and when the appointment is scheduled. I was given reference number and that I will be picked up at 8:00am and someone will call prior to coming. I received no call nor did transportation showed for my outpatient procedure. I had to pay someone to pick me up and bring me back home. This not a credible service, I will be reporting to my insurance provider since they sent me a letter saying they are going to be my new transport service. Do not use these services Carecar

Carecar is utilized by Humana for transportation for appoinntments. The agency has missed scheduled pick ups for an elderly family member's doctors appointments twice (12/20/24 & 1/8/25). When trying to get in contact with someone, the wait time is unrealistic. When we spoke with someone on the phone, we were told that the people (assuming they are outsourcing, unsure) did not answer and they hung up. This has happened more than once without explanation. There is also no way to chat online and they have not called us back to rectify the situation. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I'm a transportation vendor I would say I will keep it short but its impossible with these people. so first I want to say everyone I pick up to give a ride to complains about trying to schedule a ride or get a hold of someone absolutely every person that gets in my vehicle. Next they don’t double check to make sure the address that they have in the system for you to go to to pick up. A member is correct. I have went to the wrong address because of the lack of doublechecking. Also, you can be on your route to someone or get to a member house where they have either the ride and called Carecar to let them know or Carecar has put the wrong date in for a pick up and there’s absolutely no way to get in contact with Carecar to speak with them about it because they never answer the phone or text messages I have to people appointments to pick them up for the doctor to say they had canceled carecar does not tell you that they canceled the ride when you try to call Carecar. They don’t answer the phone at all. The only time you hear from Carecar is when they need a member to be picked up on a immediate ride and once you deny it or try to ask about anything else they will just brush you off and not respond, you get paid monthly but who’s ever in charge of accountant they don’t pay you in a timely manner. It be well over 30 days and even then once you try to speak with someone about it you still get ignored and you won’t get paid until I guess they decide they want to pay you , this just all around isn’t a good company to work for as far as being a transportation vendor you would think the type of response time you get with trying to speak to these people that is just one person handling everything as far as you getting your paycheck with rides your time and money you spent on trying to get a ride or transportation it’s just all around -5 out of a +10 they are horrible. I would rather go work and shoveling horse poop before I ever come back and work with these people. With you Save yourself the trouble They need to be shut down or sued for the headache that they put everyone through

Hi, I did four weeks of work for CareCar summitted 4 invoices and not get paid yet. One of the invoice due by 6/22 and now is the 28th still don't see any kind of deposit. Can't keep on rolling without the pay. will update the other providers on this soon. Will change the review to positive if they end up paying. Email response back is 24 hours but not hearing back from them is frustrating.

This company owes us $21,000 for transporting its contractors beneficiaries to medical appointments. The service the beneficiaries recieve is great due to its subcontracted transportation providers such as ourselves. However, The actual company Carecar needs to get it together...We're a smaller organization that really needs those funds in order to continue operations, as well as continue paying our personal expense. CareCar's beauacracy and disorganization has caused us to be over 6 months late on our bills. I have tried to reach every contact that I know of within their organization, Now they don't even answer the phone. I believe its time to 'lawyer up' just to get what is owed to us from vending services on behalf of this excuse of a company.

I think it’s time we all file a lawsuit. They owe us around $6,000 and they haven’t responded back to us for half a year already.
