Customer service here went above and beyond my expectations!

The team member that helped me was so understanding of my unique circumstances.

They solved all of my problems, and provided relevant suggestions. I hope this whole team is recognized!

I would recommend this location, and look forward to returning. In addition, The Party City balloon section is always a treat!

Your standard Canadian Tire experience. Store is well organized and everyone seems really friendly and happy to help when we come in. I don’t think anything has ever been out of stock when we’ve shopped.

The auto dept is a joke
The lady at the auto desk is rude and arrogant.
And pretty shotty mechanic work tbh. Put a zip tie where there supposed to be a metal ring/clamp. And bunch of grease smeared on bumper.
Brought my car in to get things fixed that they found wrong in the inspection and then after thousands of dollars fixing the car they call and say it's ready but when I ask for my inspection report paper, they act like they didn't know it was for an inspection and I'd have to bring it in again to pay for another inspection. And that to pass inspection it will still need this one part I forget what she said. But another 700$.

I'm just thinking why did I ever come here.
Well I won't make that mistake again what a waste of time and money. Cause after all that and a few weeks of my time I still have to go and get an inspection report. Somewhere else obviously

Beautiful store! This Canadian Tire is very clean, well stocked and has really nice displays - especially in their seasonal area. The staff were also very helpful. Excellent shopping experience overall.

It's a good store, automotive parts section doesn't seem too knowledgeable but they are just kids. People are friendly and try to help.

What a disgrace this store has become since the new owners took over.
Old items are back on the shelves, boxes are taped up, and parts missing.
This girl at the till could not care less. Her exact words, "How would I know if it is all there?". Short staffed and belligerent ones that are there, what a disgrace.

My wife was looking for 2 items that were not on the shelf. No less than 3 staff went to hunt the items down. I got no names but one staff was deaf, she went above and beyond searching in the warehouse for a snow shoe. Many thanks to this lady and the other 2. Superb customer service.
