Extremely rude and demeaning staff. To say basic customer service is lacking would be an understatement. They like to talk about, demean and belittle their customers while they are standing right in front of them for absolutely no reason. God forbid they actually acknowledge or say hello to you while you are waiting to be served. I would strongly encourage management to enforce basic customer service etiquette. Super sad to see in a small town. That being said, judging by the other reviews who advise the same terrible customer service and treatment, nothing will change. If people dislike their job that much, perhaps they should find a new one instead of taking it out on innocent members of the community.

These ladies are fantastic.
They let me know when my mail can be done cheaper and when I get too many packages they always help me out. Always a friendly greeting too! Great job ladies!

This is the third time i've visited the post office this week and this older women Carrie "helped " me out and she was very rude, again this isnt the first time i have this experience with her. i think she needs some customer service lessons.

Awful. A town this size needs a better way to deliver mail it’s crazy. Lined up inside, nowhere to park, not enough mail boxes for the entire population, and most of the staff are rude. A typical government run operation.. UPS, Purolator, Amazon, they all deliver directly to the doorstep while Canada Post insists on only delivering to the post office, which I assume is an attempt to maintain job security. Also if no box number is included in your address you may never even get notified of the delivery, it just gets left in a pile for when they get spare time to put out a notification. Awful.

I understand Canada post is a failing public service, but that doesn’t mean the staff that work here have to be rude and unhelpful, huffing and puffing because you have to do your job. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been scolded because the sender didn’t put my box number on mail, yes, it’s a mistake, but I’m not responsible for someone’s else’s mistake.

That mean and miserable attitude really speaks volumes about you ladies, a little bit of power really gone to your heads.

9 times out of 10 there’s a line up just to pick up a parcel, often they can’t find it, and tell you to come back.

The towns getting bigger but the postal service hasn’t changed one bit, still stuck in the 60’s.

Staff is rude more often than not. They are unwilling to go above and beyond for anyone. Many instances of this happening my recent I experience is a issue where my physical address was on a government letter and rather than find my PO Box and put it in they returned to sender causing me a massive headache and considerable loss of time to get it straightened out with the government. No one should be surprised by the lack of customer service and bad attitudes they are union workers after all. 0/10 would not recommend
