Greatest car buying experience by a mile! Mark and Scott got me the deal I was asking for within 24 hours and beat the previous deal from a dealership in the city with a better overall package and a better price. Hussein, fantastic job on the finance part of the deal. You guys are absolute gems, would happily and honestly recommend this trio to anyone looking for a top quality vehicle from Toyota. Kathy Gibson went above and beyond for me. She made my experience enjoyable and seamless. I really felt like she was working WITH me. She got me into my vehicle that I had been dreaming about for years.

Not only was Kathy amazing. But Alyson in finance was also great to work with. The two of them worked hard to get me what I needed. And I am so appreciative.

In addition to these two, Huss was great too! And honestly the whole dealership was great. They made my whole family (kids included) feel special. I have been to other dealerships before and this one is beyond the best I’ve ever worked with. Even though it was further for me compared to other dealerships, I would 100% recommend and return in the future.

I would recommend going to Camrose Toyota for a new or used vehicle. Mark gave me the best experience in buying a vehicle, I never felt rushed or any pressure to make a choice. I was suppose to pick up the vehicle on Tuesday phoned and asked if I could get it on Monday, Mark and everyone made it work and I drove away with my new vehicle within an hour or so. Mark and everyone at Camrose Toyota go out of their way for you.

Just picked up our 2024 Grand Highlander and had an incredible experience from start to finish. Mark, our sales advisor, was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, it felt like we were the ones rushing him! He was such a great resource and took the time to ensure we felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.. Huss, the finance manager, was just as easygoing—he explained everything clearly and helped us make the best choice without any hard selling.
The new dealership is beautiful—modern, clean, and really welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and set a great tone the moment we walked in. Everyone seemed very kind and personable, even met the service team!

Avoid Camrose Toyota – Dishonest & Unprofessional

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Camrose Toyota. They sold me a used car with issues that they failed to repair, despite assurances. On top of that, they stuck me with an overpriced warranty that I didn’t fully agree to. Since then, they have ignored my emails, phone calls, and texts, refusing to take responsibility or even communicate. Their lack of professionalism is astonishing—misleading, unresponsive, and completely unreliable. I’ve had to escalate the issue with a formal complaint to AMVIC. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice and take your business elsewhere.

I appreciate the response from Camrose, but unfortunately, much of it is inaccurate. To clarify:

- My vehicle was never actually repaired, despite multiple visits. At my initial appointment, I was told they needed more time. When I returned the next day, the issue was still not fixed. They then said they would call when the necessary part was ordered—but that call never came. In fact, the part should have been ordered before my first appointment, but it wasn’t.

- I never simply ‘asked for a warranty.’ I requested that they cover the warranty after discovering the vehicle had problems, despite them originally stating it did not.

- As for their claim that I should ‘reach out,’ I have attempted to do so, but my messages have gone unanswered.

- Furthermore, it should be noted that I was only given one key for the car when I was supposed to receive two.

I stand by my review and am sharing my experience honestly so others can make an informed decision.

Camrose Toyota is beyond wonderful!!!
I just bought a new car with no pain and exceptional service and even added bonus says like donuts and really good coffee and guess what else they are dog friendly and everyone spoiled my great big 110 pound Okie who met the love of his life, a young female Saint Bernard! Tina sold me the vehicle. Brandon did all the paperwork and figuring out the math. And I got the best deal ever I love all these guys and so does Oki!
