I had to get in touch their service department for under warranty repairs on a new to us vehicle which wasn't bought from their dealership.
Right from the initial phone call with Michaela till I left the dealership with my vehicle, service was impeccable. Staff is very professional and were proactive to get things going with the manufacturer for the warranty issue.

We just bought our brand new jeep and have NEVER had such an incredible experience. As we were trading in our car our salesman Erik even involved our three year old by giving her a clip board and making her an honorary employee 😆 we felt listened to and all the staff were so thorough to be sure we got everything we wanted, in our budget and explained every step and process to us. Our finance guy was delightful and we will keep our business with them for years to come. If your looking for a new car, Erik is your guy! Especially if you have kiddos with you!

Top notch service from the Sales Team. Todd and Doug. Thank you very much. Love my new truck. Contacted you at 10 am last Friday and was on my way home in my new ride by 6 pm same day on a holiday weekend. The entire experience was great. The gave me exactly what I asked for. Fair pricing and great trade in value. They made it all work!!! Dealership was clean well looked after. Vehicles were waiting for us to look at and the entire staff was happy and welcoming.

Disappointed with my experience at Camrose Chrysler. I took my vehicle in to get some warranty work completed. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 3-5 days, after 1 week the dealership was contacted to inquire about the progress and they informed me the contracted out bodyshop made a mistake and that it would be ready in 1 week (2 weeks total). After picking up my vehicle I noticed a mistake with the alignment of the doors, the inside was dirty and my window rain guard was cracked. I had to bring my vehicle back in and explain and show the issues to 3 different workers why the work was not done properly. As a young female I did not feel welcomed or respected here. Kiana the service advisor was the only person to apologize and helped me to fix the issues.
Currently living in Camrose to attend Augustana and I wish I travelled to my hometown dealership. I honestly would recommend going out of town to dealerships who do not outsource bodyshop work and have higher quality work. *Note they did offer to replace the cracked rainguard but I would rather go to a different dealership than go back there for the 5th time (this whole ordeal spanned over 2 months).

100% recommend Camrose Chrysler. I am from Ontario, and called because they had the specific truck i was looking for in stock. From the first phone call to the last handshake, my experience was nothing but pleasant. They even went as far as picking me up from the airport in Edmonton - a 1 hour drive!
Even though i am halfway across the country, Camrose Chrysler has earned all of my future business.

He is very honest and makes the entire process seamless, I never felt pressured to make a decision and could also reach out to him or the Camrose Chrysler team for questions.
Stephanie in Finance is the best I've ever dealt with as well, was looking out in my best interest in terms of payments and went through everything in detail with me.
Chris drove his PERSONAL truck to fill me up with 91 premium for the road to Calgary.
Reached out online inquiring about a 2019 Challenger - being from Calgary I thought it would be a bit of process but Liron took care of everything for me.
Unlike other dealerships that just throw add-ons on and hope you don't notice - Stephanie in Finance went over each detail with me and was very honest about add-ons like warranty/3M wrap etc She went over this via an interactive pamphlet!
Once I showed up to the dealership everything was ready to go and Tommy got me an in-transit sticker for the way home.
Chris who I believe is also a salesman drove with me in his own personal truck to the gas station to fill up my vehicle for the trip back to Calgary - I can't say enough good things about this team here.
They went above and beyond what I expected and they are very HONEST, not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, 0 pressure sales and it works.
Whoever runs this place please continue to look for and keep workers with this kind of integrity!!!!!

Unprofessional staff and low quality work from the bodyshop. My daughters vehicle needed repair and after taking her vehicle in and picking it back up she noticed mistakes in the paint and hinges. The staff were dismissive and not bothered when she voiced her concerns. I ended up taking off work to take her vehicle in back in and get the bodyshop to fix their mistakes (the mistakes were fixed at no charge but disappointed I had to push the issue so hard).
