Was so easy to to talk to and was very knowledgeable. At no time did we ever feel pushed into the sale or pressured to make any quick decisions. Brodie from CampMart just called my husband.

He was not interested in finding out why I really left this review, he was not interested in listening to our issue, or even interested in selling us a trailer, his only real concern was getting one star, and he bribed us with a $200 in store credit to immediately remove my review.

Talk about being SHADY!

All the more reason to avoid purchasing here.

Great service, Terrible sales!

On Saturday February 22nd, we decided on a whim to go to CampMart to look for a newer trailer.

We spoke to a lovely woman who was friendly, outgoing and extremely knowledgeable.

She asked us our budget, and we were firm with what we were willing to spend, and she proceeded to show us 3 great trailers happily walking through the snow for us.

One trailer was just what we needed, and she took our current trailer info and proceeded to go to a different office to " talk to her guy" about a trade in deal.

She returned 20 minutes later, and the number were NOT what we asked for, the trailer we wanted was $10,000 above our firm budget!!

She was a great salesperson, but the bait and switch tactics was just WRONG.

When we mentioned the price, she shrugged her shoulders and said " That's what trailers cost today and the cost is going increase much more".

Yes trailers are expensive, but that's no excuse not to honor a potential customer's budget request, we were also ripped off on the trade-in ( and we should have researched that before looking).

The feeling of "bait and switch" made us uncomfortable, and we left immediately, had we been shown trailers with in our budget, good chance there would have been a sale!

We are still looking, but with all the RV dealers in the Simcoe area, I would avoid this one.

We were looking for a trailer and met Beverly. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcome and explained all of the details regarding financing. When we are ready to decide we will definitely buy one from Beverly.

We had a great experience buying the trailer. Until we had a few problems with the trailer they said they were going to take care of the problems but yet here we are still waiting to hear from them they said they would be taking care of this over a month ago and still nothing. If you are thinking of buying a trailer don't go to CampMart. And I already had to fix the microwave that almost fell out and the bench seat broke after 2 camping trips. And the trailer I bought was on sale for 20.000 dollars and they don't tell you that the hot water and furnace and air conditioner is all optional so when it was all said and done my trailer cost 37.000 dollars

5 stars is just not enough for Brian and his team! They went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for their exceptional service! We came down from North Bay to pick up our trailer that was supposed to be at another location. Brian took the time to go through the entire trailer with myself and parents explaining and giving helpful tips. Even though there shop was busy and the techs were busy they still took the time to make sure the trailer was safe, water worked properly and everything was good to go! Even installing our weight distribution hitch! 100% recommend and will be back for future purchases or service! Thank you again!
