J'y suis allé pour changer une valve de pneu qui a cassée à cause de l'usure.
Gardez en tête que je suis en road trip et j'ai des deadlines concernant quand partir des villes , je suis donc pressé par le temps.
Bien accueilli, on me dit que tout sera réparé dans 45 minutes , je décide donc de faire un petit tour de la ville en attendant.
Une heure passe et je reviens au garage et on m'informe que malheureusement le travail n'a pas commencer sur mon véhicule... On me dis de repasser dans dans une demi heure , frustré mais compréhensif je repars donc vaquer à mes occupations.
Je reviens pour la 2 ème fois 45 minutes plus tard , on me dit que la voiture n'est pas prête mais le travaille est en train d'être " finalisé" .
Finalisation qui va durer 45 minutes de plus à attendre dans une salle d'attente , tout ça pour payer en plus un capteur de pression des pneus sans me prévenir alors que le précédent fonctionnait parfaitement ... A peine la voiture récupérée , la voitures affiche des défauts en pagaille car le capteur n'a pas été synchronisé avec la voiture ...
Il n'y a donc aucun avantage/intérêt à aller dans ce garage , passer votre chemin , même un aveugle manchot serait plus apte à réparer votre véhicule.

The office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile by performing a free safety/trip check to ensure my car was in good shape. They also provided a detailed explanation of all the work done, along with a printout of the adjustments. Scheduling appointments was convenient, and they finished the work right on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of specialized alignment services.

I came here a few months ago with a tire that had a nail in it and the guys there helped me out without hesitation. I was in need of new tires and told them that I would come back when I had the financial means to. A few months have gone by, and despite my want and need for brand new tires I simply couldn’t afford it. I found some used tires in great condition for an affordable price and went back into the shop. Once again these guys took care of me without hesitation, and even helped me out with another issue my used tires had. They mounted and balanced the new (used) tires and disposed of my old tires without breaking the bank, or making me feel like anything other than a top tier customer- even though I was not a customer with much profit. I can’t say enough good things about how nice this entire experience has been with this shop. I will only be coming here for tires. They care about their work, they are quick, fair priced, and respectful. They hit the mark on all points to make the experience easier and better. Thank you Alex, Jeremy, Brayden, Josh, Dallas, and Jared. I had interactions with all these guys and they were all really great. Thank you for getting this mom back to safety so quickly and for being so kind.

If you are looking for true service, this is the place you want to give your money to. These guys care, and that matters.

These guys were fantastic!! The service manager and Josh specifically. I got a screw in my tire, and they were closest, so I pulled in without an appointment. They were all super nice and were open about my having to wait up to 2 1/2 hours because they had scheduled appointments, but they'd get to me asap. Less than an hour later, they had my tire fixed, and I was out the door. They didn't charge me a dime, and I didn't even buy my tires there or anything. Some of the best, most professional service I have ever had when dealing with a car. I will absolutely be back.

First time customer—this place is great!!

I woke up with a near-flat tire this morning, I made it to Burt’s Brothers with all of 8 psi left in that thing. I didn’t have an appointment (and they are a busy place) but they were super helpful and supportive. Not only did they fit me in and fix my tire, it was quick service! (I am still going to get to work on time.)

As a side note, they have a bright, clean and fairly comfortable waiting room. From my limited time there, it passes the vibe check for a safe, professional, upstanding business. I will definitely be going back.

Very disappointed in this location 300so. Appt to put on snow tires. That’s it! Car was there from 1:00 till 4:45. Appt time don’t mean anything and that’s coming from them. “They are not really appt”. “Who told you that is wrong”. I guess it’s mere suggestions? My daughter waited in wait room till almost 5. They forgot she was even there! I was told it would be “less” than 2 hrs. And it was almost 4. Manage expectations. Simple. Everyone looked miserable there and complained about being understaffed. I will not be back.

Took way too long. I’ve used other locations but my first trip here was disappointing. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment online for 3:30 to wait in the office. Got there at 3:30, car went back at 4:00, talked to a guy at 5:00 and it wasn’t done yet, finally left at 5:20. At other places it’s taken 30-40 minutes, not 1-2 hours. Really disappointed this time. I guess the appointment times don’t mean anything. They also got oil on my trunk and left the plastic covering in my car. It’s too bad, but I won’t use this location again.

I have chosen to be a client of Burt Bros on third south and second E. for many years. They have Put the tires on all of my cars, my son‘s cars & my husband‘s Cars. All the staff at Burt Bros are courteous, helpful, explain everything & Answer my questions even when I’m not sure what I’m talking about. The waiting area is clean and very accommodating when I need to work, The coffee is good, and the music is great. You can’t go wrong bringing your vehicle to Burt Bros. And now they even do more than just tires and I am so happy because the location is very convenient. I just had my vehicle serviced with an oil change and a brake check up. they Even checked and rotated the tires. I completely totally and highly recommended brothers on third S. and second East.
