I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The people who work/operate here have NO morals or ethics. It’s all about sneaky upselling and finding every possible way to add hidden fees. I still don’t understand why they have a key drop-off box if they’re going to charge you for a full day’s fees and tack on hidden charges for a weekend rental.

I was billed $362 for 27 hours (from 12 pm Saturday to 3:30 pm Sunday), and the vehicle I rented was listed at $99 per day. Do the math — that doesn’t add up. They loaded on fees and charges without explaining anything upfront, making it impossible to know what you’re actually paying for.

As a small business owner in Barrie, I’m shocked that companies like this still exist, operating with no integrity. If you value your time and money, stay far, far away from this place.

We have used other truck rental companies in the past, and switched due to an experience with a mechanical failure with another company's truck with no available replacement vehicle. We have had zero issues with Bristol ever since, truck availabe when required, clean and serviced.

My van and car were not large enough . so, I rent the ford transit . Using a large van to take my family to the airport ..4 people but my family have a lot of luggage , lol
I did not have an issue of them not full taking the snow of the rental . the issue I had was I was sent the invoice of the truck at one price - around 300.00 and paid a small deposit 200.00. but then they took another deposit without telling me 350.00. yes, they paid it back. but the worst was the price I was given 300.00. then I went there and after I was billed another price the next day to 400.00. I spoke to the lady, and she disagreed on what I said my price was to me given to me . she asked to see a copy , i email it over to her . and now it’s been 4 days and nothing . it was a different of close 100.00 . I know they given you 100 kms for free after that they bill you . I filled the tank to full , cleaned it out , lots of pics i took. but 100.00 . what made me made they don’t tell you why , nor was the rep lady nice about it. I have not problem taking to small claims court . i have the proof . its not about the money . this is twice they have done this ... .. I would never go back to them. and I will tell my story to all Barrie people . Wow just read some reviews they are bad . It's been 3 weeks and never heard back from anyone . They stated an ops would call me , nothing . Great service . Who's cared when you have our credit card. Lol
