Slechte klantenservice. Rekenen een dag extra als je een uur te laat bent.

Waardeloos. Heb al jaren opslag daar. Eerst muizenkeutels gevonden binnen in eigenopslag terwijl wij er geen eetbare dingenin hebben. Nu staan we voor gesloten deur van opslag zonder enige info wat er aan de hand is en wanneer je er wel weer in kunt. Je krijgt niemand aan de telefoon en een centrale klantenservice is er ook niet.

Wat een pracht bedrijf, daar waar je zo goed wordt geholpen, zeer professioneel en ze nemen alle tijd voor je. Ook zeer flexibel in omgang mede realiseren van datgene jij nodig hebt. Prima advies. Spullen nodig ik zeg ff huren bij Bo-Rent

Bo-Rent won't rent to Americans*

I've rented with Bo-Rent when my wife and I first moved to the Netherlands, and we were pleased with the experience. That is why we decided to rent a car with them for a weekend vacation. I entered my details, including driver's license info, into the system, and my reservation was eventually approved.

Upon arrival at the store, I presented the clerk with all the requested information I was told to bring via their website and my confirmation email. However, after talking with his manager, I was told that I cannot rent the car because I'm American and do not have an international driver's license addendum. This requirement is not on the website, and there was no explanation as to why my reservation was approved and confirmed after I submitted all my information.

I left having wasted 1.5 hours of my day commuting there and back along with ruined weekend plans. Furthermore, the fact is not lost on me that Dutch citizens can easily rent a car in the United States with their passport and driver's license without needing an international addendum and a verification of address. In short, I'm very disappointed in Bo-Rent not informing me of their policy towards Americans and will refuse to do further business with them in the future regardless of obtaining an international driver's license or not.

Waardeloos. Ik had de tapijtreiniger verkeerd gepland, mijn schuld. Ze wisten me te vertellen dat ik een week te vroeg was. Volgende week is ie er, klaar om mee te nemen. Kom ik een week later zijn alle gegevens blijkbaar uit de computer gewist en geen tapijtreiniger. Allemaal in reparatie en ze konden me niet bellen, want ze hadden geen gegevens...

Ik heb voor de verhuizing een bakwagen gehuurd en we zijn super geholpen. Duidelijke communicatie over wat je nodig hebt bij het ophalen en het inleveren van de wagen. Mogelijkheid om je auto daar achter te laten op het terein.
