The absolute worst service my family has ever experienced. Corey, Darcy and Jody conveniently being “unavailable” all the time and even one of them laughing at my sister when she called for help. Great service. If you’re going to buy a vehicle from them, you might as well drive 20 more minutes to cold lake, because they’re actually helpful.

They also passed a car through inspection when it should not have.

Very fair and honest dealers. Rhody was good as well as the finance manager. Car got delivered to my door with a full tank of gas and they drove it 5 hours to bring it to me. If I had bought this vehicle in Brooks they would have shafted me out of 5000 dollars. I highly recommend dealing with this group of people. Fair and honest. No surprises when the car arrived rhody pointed out all the flaws which were few and sent me a detailed video

This is very out dated dealership extremely small. They are not equipped to work on new vehicles in my opinion
Technicians don’t have experience
Shop is like a dungeon
No one will or wants to work there revolving door.
It was an extremely disappointing experience for my efforts
Don’t go here period. Let alone dealer principal is spoon fed and very petty
no class and very unprofessional surprised from someone higher up 🤷‍♂️

Rohdy was great. This was my first time buying a car, I had done a lot of research and he was able to help me with any questions. I never felt pressured into a sale or any upgrades. Very knowledgeable about their stock and showed me how to use all the different features. Very happy with my experience and my new car. Great staff over all.

Brought in a Jeep Patriot with an engine problem for my daughter as her engine was making a horrible noise. After 2 months of fooling around it was determined engine needed replaced which was covered under warranty! They charged 8 hours to diagnose the problem which should take 2 to 3 hours. Then they want to charge 25 hours to swap engine out which should take 12 to 13 hours ANYWHERE ELSE. Below is a comments from someone I have dealt with for 35 years but unfortunately the vehicle broke down in Bonnyville instead of Edmonton. See below comments from a RESPECTED shop:

Are they saying it took 8 hours to diagnose the problem? (140 per hour which is standard) That seem ridiculous.

Their Labour is at 25 hours at 140 per hour for the engine swap, its only a 13-14 hour job?

Personally with the extended warranty I would think you should be only paying the 90 deductible, a reasonable diagnosis like 2 or 3 hours.

The warranty should cover the rest.
