Être bénis d'avoir Lawrence dans notre petite ville. Les médecins sont difficiles à trouver, les centres médicaux sont surchargés dans cette province. Mon docteur a quitté le pays et n'est pas revenu. Cela fait des mois. J'avais une infection à mon doigt et les pharmacies d'Edmonton ne pouvaient m'offrir que des antibiotiques directs et m'envoyer dans un centre médical surchargé qui ne prenait plus les patients de passage. Plus de 50 personnes dans la salle d'attente. Lawrence a pu non seulement me fournir des antibiotiques de sauvegarde mais aussi une crème pour aider la guérison. Merci à Lawrence.

So blessed to have Lawrence in our small town. Drs are hard to come by medi center walkins are over flowing in this province. My dr left the country and hasn’t returned. It’s been months. I had an infection in my thumb and the Edmonton pharmacy’s couldn’t give me anything but direct me to an overflowing medi centre that was no longer taking walkins. Over 50 ppl in waiting room. Lawrence was able to not only provide me with life saving antibiotics but also some cream to help the healing. Saved my life and the nearest emergency hospital visit. Many thanks to Lawrence.

Bon Accord Pharmacy has been absolutely exceptional to our family. Lawrence and staff have shown care and compassion when discussing any questions or concerns we may have regarding medications or our family's health and wellbeing in general. We have utilized the prescribing pharmacist a few times now for myself and my children for things like ear infections, sinus infection etc. The service is promt and friendly and the store is clean and well organized. Our family is grateful to have a pharmacy local for prescriptions or even our over the counter needs.

Incredibly rude and untrained staff, the staff doesn’t change gloves when doing tasks around the workplace and also packing medications at the same time, they refused to give multiple people their medications and the pharmacist refuses to acknowledge the negligence of his staff, the female “pharmacist” thought it was okay to yell at clients coming in to pick up medication, I will never be back here and I will make sure to let everyone I know to never support this joke of a pharmacy

Edit 1. I already have contacted the Lawrence at this location and he just “doesn’t want to talk about it” when I bring it up
