When my father's dementia progressed to where he could no longer get up or down and lost the ability to ambulate on his own, I knew his caregiver and I could not safely get him in and out of a car for doctor appointments. At first it was difficult to find a transportation company that would just take payment for service and not require paperwork or an assessment. But then I found Bless-A-Rider, and my search was over. Joseph was informative and explained how their services worked along with the ease of payment. The fact I can ride with dad is an additional bonus! We have utilized their transportation service twice so far, and I couldn't be more pleased. Joseph and Charles were professional and caring, early for pickup, and easy to contact when dad and I were done with his appointment. Bless-A-Rider has been a blessing to me and my father! 😀

Bless-A-Rider helped our law firm when we needed help transferring an injured client to an appointment. He was out of state and had been in a car accident. They took great care in picking him up and getting him to where he needed to be for us. They showed compassion for our client. Thank you Joseph.

I wish I could give this company "0" stars. We contacted them to pick my mom up who recently had an amputation. First, they showed up late. Then they dropped my mom off at the doctor's office and never showed back up. My dad had to call a cab. They promised my dad they would make it up the next time. My mom had a very important appointment that she needed to make and they never showed up to pick her up. Ridiculous!!!

The service was superior! They are on time to and from my appointments as well as courteous and professional, the driver was careful and considerate.
