Watched a bus park and unload a group on the service road in front of a little mall. Then the bus squeezed into the small parking lot, barely missing parked vehicles, and proceeded to take up 7 parking spots. Called the company to question why and was spoken to very rudely by the woman who answered and completely dismissed my concerns.

My group had booked BiWest to drive us around the Camrose area for an event. When I reached out to BiWest, they were accommodating and professional. It seems like there are only a few administrative staff, so communications were a bit delayed leading up to the event. However, during the actual event, our drivers were fantastic. They were kind, professional, arrived early, and I felt safe while we were driving. If you need to be chartered around the Camrose area, they are a good option for a good value.

Extremely unsafe drivers, just saw bus #747 (Dec 5th 2022 7:10pm) swerve in and out of traffic, cut off multiple vehicles, unsafely merge onto the freeway and tailgate vehicles in the fast lane for not speeding.

How does a company employ such irresponsible drivers while they have peoples lives on the line during bad road conditions.

As a transportation company safety should be your number one priority, avoid this company at all costs as they clearly don’t care about traffic laws and put peoples lives at risk.

Bi West bailed us out of a jam at very short notice when our group was shafted by another bus company. They were professional and helpful. They accommodated a request we made without a blink of an eye. They sent a driver who was calm, courteous, kind, always knew where he was going, knew how to avoid the traffic, and was just fantastic in general. I will go back to this bus company anytime we need a coach again. Thanks Bi West and Adam!

Is it policy for your drivers to exceed the speed limit? To weave on and out of traffic on highway 2? Bus 752(I believe that was number on back was about 2pm Sunday Oct. 29th) was going about 140kms! That is what I had to do to keep up....it blew past me so fast! It continued to aggressively change lanes until I could not see it anymore! I was set at 110 and it wasn't long before it was out of sight! I was driving so could not get plate to report to RCMP! I know what bus company NEVER to take now!

Claiming to be busy all summer long, started working the end of May and did 12 days work with them, but was never called back. Not a great full time job with no communication between dispatch and workers. Still no call, so I called them. "We are not busy right now," was what I was told. I think July 5th can be called summer.
