The Dr. at Cleveland Clinic wanted to give me a hysterectomy ..
2nd opinion Dr.GRABER
We talked about my options, never felt Rushed,and during my exam he did try to remove it, didn't happen
But 2nd Try He got it Out with a small procedure .
Dr.Graber made a Very Stressful Situation not that Stressful .

If you are TTC don’t go here, I wanted a full check and all they did was do a pregnancy test, a Pap smear and they took a sample of my cervix. Told me to just let it happen naturally. Gave me a prescription for vitamins which I had to fight to get for 3 weeks because they send it straight to your pharmacy and it was the wrong one. Then I waited and waited to hear back on my cervix results and they never called me. So I had to call them, told me everything looked great and if I wanted to see my results I had to pay so I get them mailed to me. I filled out the payment sheet and emailed it back the same day 02/27. Today is 03/21 and haven’t received anything yet. The staff is not very professional, also every time I call I get a voice machine. Save your time and patience. Don’t recommend them.

I had an IUD replacement and had a great experience with Dr. Graber. Well, as great as one of those can go in my opinion. Idk what the last 2 Dr's did to me to make the procedure so unbelievably painful but I wasn't even close in the amount of pain with Dr. Graber like I was with the other Drs. On another note, I've read some terrible reviews about billing/claims with this office & I hope I don't get any big surprises in the mail.....

Side note: I successfully edited and updated the address to the CORRECT location. I can't believe no one has ever taken the time to suggest the edit. Because the previous address was SO wrong. I even went to the wrong place my first time.

Dr. Graber is a good doctor, very kind person who listens to your concerns. I give 5 stars to the doctor as a doctor, but give 1 star for the negligence and incompetence in handling the medical bills to health insurance.

Take the following as a big warning to new patients who want to see Dr. Graber:

This office doesn't know how to bill properly health insurance companies, especially Blue Cross/Florida Blue health insurance. If you get any procedure done at his office, be aware that you will end up paying for the procedure from your own pocket, even though it's a procedure covered by your insurance. Why? Because they don't know how to submit the claim with the right procedure codes, so they end up not getting paid by the insurance, and therefore charge the patient for it.

Imagine that when I got my procedure, I was asked to pay upfront $250. Their reason: because they always get denied payment for the anesthetic injection and they have decided to charge the patients upfront for this. I was naive and paid that amount, and later on after talking with my insurance, they explained the reason is because they have submitted the wrong procedure, and they will pay if they submit the claim with the right procedure code. I told this office several times the reason why they don't get paid, and to re-submit the claim with the right code so they can get paid and give me a refund, and their answer is "this is the way we do the medical billing in this office". In other words, they don't care if they are doing the medical billing wrong, they don't want to submit the right claim in order to get paid by the insurance since they have already gotten the money from the patient.

And this is not all: they billed my insurance for $200 for what I paid $250. Months later, I received another bill from them stating that I still owe $155 for supposed co-pays I didn't pay (I paid them all). I went to their office and said "oh no, it's actually $41 you owe", what? and they couldn't give a clear answer. I told them that I don't owe anything, and that if I am sent to collection, I will hire a lawyer.

What's ironic is that when I arrived to the office, there was a lady arguing with them for an invoice she received owing them money for procedures done 4 YEARS AGO that the insurance supposedly didn't pay. I can't imagine how many more patients have gotten similar invoices showing that they owe money to this office when in fact, it was this office fault for being incompetent and negligent in handling the medical billing.

Doctor Graber, it was nice meeting you and I thank you for your kindness and for treating me. I hope you can hire an expert in medical billing to handle your paperwork correctly, so your patients can be happy to continue seeing you. Oh and last thing: the lady handling the medical billing has a terrible attitude and terrible customer service, and I would advice to fire her.

Dr Graber and his staff are some of the most caring medical professionals I have dealt with. They really listen to me and don't treat me like I am faking it. To those of you who think they are scamming your insurance, I have never had a problem with them.

I have now seen Dr. Graber 3 times and I must say, I really enjoy having him as my doctor. It's very evident that he knows what he's doing. He always listens to my concerns and never discounts what I'm saying. His nurse Charlotte is also amazing. I always look forward to seeing her. Can't say enough positive things about this office.

Dr Graber was beyond excellent, he did the entire body/glands check ( what a gyn must do) , listen to my concerns and of really important he was gentle doing my pap smear. Will definitely come back for my check up. Nurses are also excellent and respectful, first visit with a doctor you always have a lot of concerns , they nurses were really helpful.

I used to go here for a few years until he started making me come in every 6 months for a pap smear just to refill my birth control prescription even though all doctors usually give you a full year and only need to do a pap smear once a year. I think theyre committing fraud here with the insurances. insurances only cover for one Wellness visit a year. Will be switching doctors. So disappointed. I asked the front staff and they literally said theres a law that states he has to do that every 6 months. a joke.
