Okay so my device had to be returned as I was on a 2 year contract and I went in Sam ordered me a new phone so when I was ready to renew it was in stock, which I didn’t even know you could do that. Great idea because when I went in to pick up my new phone and send me current one back she told me they just stopped making them. She was so helpful and the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with at a mobility store she was patience and while my phone was downloading we had a great conversation it was like I’ve know her my whole life. Thank you Sam for such a great experience ☺️ and to your manager don’t ever let this girl go she’s a great employee and in todays world they are so hard to come by!!!

When purchasing iPhone 10 from this store I had warranty through bell for 14 days. This was when the iPhone 10 was first being brought into stores and I had preordered the phone. After getting the phone I had discovered that my Bluetooth was not working. After going back to get a replacement through my bell warranty I was told that they did not have my phone in stock and wouldn’t be able to get it in before the 14 day warranty. They would not order the phone and honour the warranty past the 14 days due to not having any other phones in stock. I was told that my warranty would no longer be valid through them and I would need to take the phone to Edmonton to an Apple store if I wanted it fixed. I dealt with a lady named tanja eadie(the manager) I believe was her name, and she had no regard for me placing an order for a phone and a contract through there service. I do not recommend this store, although it should be noted that the lady working the till was very polite and tried to help me in every possible way.

Bell canada is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have been receiving at least 3 spam phone calls a week, not to mention that when I had a contract with them they lied about the contract and refused to return the money they owed

Very friendly and helpful staff. I requested a phone that the store did not have in stock but the st. Paul store did have, so they called ahead for me and even stayed open late so I could have my new phone the same day.
