I’m a widow who has been driving my RV for over nine years. Throughout the years, I’ve had to use numerous mobile RV repairmen. Nowhere in all my experiences, have I had a Mobile RV repairman who was so knowledgeable, quick to diagnose and fix my problem.! He took a video of the problem and showed it to me and also had me look under the coach. He then proceeded to quickly locate the part, which was unavailable. He could have easily told me I would have to wait until the part came in, but not Bayou Transportation!! He was so knowledgeable, he was able to fix my issue with an excellent solution, getting me back
In the road within a couple of hours! On a five star rating, I give Bayou transportation a 10!!!!

Todd's same-day mobile service- saved us $$$-- Thanks for your honesty and integrity!!

I have called many "Mobile Service Providers" across the south but Todd is the only one to actually deliver same day service and restored our power within HOURS! We have never had this level of customer service!

Our motorcoach was dead with no lights, power or heat and my husband had just left to go out of town. I was stranded and it was COLD. Todd greeted me with a friendly voice and assured me he'd head my way after his current stop. He delivered and arrived within the hour!

He was very patient and listened to the problems we'd been having as the warning signs were there for a while. He systematically checked the obvious culprits and assisted with my call to the manufacturer to obtain wiring diagrams for the bus. He diagnosed the issue and found that we had a bad relay switch on the inverter/converter- AND even explained how the system worked for me to better understand our equipment!

He suggested I order the part direct from Amazon and install it myself saving tons of money!! For the interim, he bypassed the relay so we could have power while waiting for the part to arrive.

My wife and I were traveling through Baton Rouge this past week in our large motor home. Suddenly my engine shut down and stranded us at the Loves truck stop on Lobdell. After making several calls including Good Sam road service I was able to connect up with Todd Marks. I explained my problem to Todd over the phone. Todd came to us, escourted us to a safe parking lot and started diagnostics on my engine. He identified my issue and we started making arrangements to get the needed parts. It took two days for the parts from my supplier. When they came Todd and one of his mechanics went to work and fixed my coach. I can’t praise Todd enough for all he did to solve a crisis. If you need help I recommend calling these folks.

We are from Canada (Pace Marathon) and had a problem with one of our trucks. (down for a week) After 2 tows and 3 mechanics looking at it as well we spent more money than I care to admit. I was at my wits end when someone recommended Todd @ Bayou. He came out to meet my driver and solved my issue, it was an electrical problem, even though he found it he went through the rest of the wiring and sensors, cleaned and lubed all the connections on the engine. Truck has been fine and made it home. Wish he was my first call. Thank you Todd!
