Given a vip treatment when I brought in my Lincoln Nautilus,took care of my minor issue,given a loaner,work was done within the day and when I picked up my car it was all cleaned and washed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Bayfield Lincoln has been wonderful to our family. We purchased a Lincoln Aviator in 2021 and have really enjoyed driving this vehicle and the top-tier service we’ve received. The entire team has provided great customer service at every visit. I’m very happy with my vehicle and have had no major issues. The Team at Bayfield Lincoln are awesome. Love the pick up and delivery of a loaner service. They picked up my car for warranty work and a recall and I received it back in a timely manner, and washed. After all the snow we got, it was greatly needed.

Everyone was friendly. Couldn't find coffee for the Coffee machine. All I could get was hot water or cold water. It was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half. It ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. Didn't get my car washed at the end as I couldn't stay another 20 minutes. I was promised that I could come back for it later.
