I recently had the pleasure of leasing a new truck from Bayfield Ford/Lincoln in Barrie, and the experience was delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the showroom was clean and inviting.

The sales team, especially Dan Nardelli, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they were knowledgeable about the different truck models available. I appreciated the variety of options they had on the lot.

Leasing the truck was straightforward, with all terms clearly explained. There was no pressure during negotiations, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The pricing was competitive, and I felt confident in the deal I received.

Over all Dave at Bayfield was amazing. We had to find a new vehicle quickly as our old one was in an accident. Dave gave us great options and made the process very easy. Service staff were very knowledgeable and appreciable. Ready to answer any questions and always told me exactly what I needed to know. They took the time to explain the issue and what auto be done to resolve it. They told me the cost up front and there were no additional “surprises” afterwards. EXTREMELY SATISFIED. Bayfield Ford has been absolutely amazing to deal with over the last 5 or so years since I started dealing with them. I have less then ideal credit and Michael Carpenter has bent over backwards to help me drive a vehicle that I love. He is the best salesman I have ever encountered!
