I love Axel! I've gone with several different transportation companies in the past 8 years and nothing, no, not anyone could come close to providing the very best services. My driver, Shemica was a very professional, safe, courteous, and timely employee. She went out of her way to make sure my experience was of the most comfortable and enjoyable ride. Axel Medical Transportation, is the best Medical Transportion in Colorado Springs, their drivers , especially the female drivers are super friendly and they're very punctual and reliable! Called and scheduled a ride weeks ago. The appointment was today at 8am. My ride should have arrived at 730 and nothing. 745 and still no ride. Finally at 8 with no sign of my ride showing up I called to inform my doctor’s office. Now my appointment is over a month out because I was left without a ride. When I called to see what happened I got absolutely nothing. I was just asked if the other rides needed to be canceled. Really!? Where is the compassion or empathy? The whole point of this service is to assist with transportation, kinda need to be transported in a timely manner. With all the other companies I see on the roads, I’ll just go with someone else.

If I could give -10 stars I would. I've never seen worse customer service. They are extremely rude, run late to pick up people causing you to be late for appointments and missing the appointment.
I've never had such a bad customer service experience before. And to think they are suppose to be working well with the disabled physical and mental and for them to be so rude and disrespectful and unpunctual is just insane to me.

I've had really good experience with Peak Family Transport. They are kind, friendly, and punctual.
Trust me I've tried this company many times over the last 3 years trying to give them a chance. But Axel medical transportation is the absolute worse transportation e
