Bonjour j’ai loué une voiture pour une journée courant novembre. Je l’ai rendue plein fait après la fermeture de l’agence en la garant dans le parking comme indiqué par Avis.
Débit sur ma carte de la totalité possible y compris la caution plus de 1000€!!!
Mail fait à Avis pas de réponse !!!
Impossible de joindre au tel l’agence..,
A éviter à tout prix!!!

Je vous déconseille de louer dans cet agence et chez ce loueur !!! La caution a été retenue en totalité alors que le véhicule a été rendu intact !!
Location 1 journée
Véhicule rendu après fermeture de l’agence en suivant les instructions de l’agence de laisser le véhicule dans le parking
Ils profitent donc de l’absence d’état des lieux en fin de location pour retenir la caution !!! Sans aucune justification( aucune photo de dégâts, aucune justification de dégâts, c’est simplement du VOL !!)

Immer guter Service. Geht alles immer reibungslos. Die Autos sind alle gut. Abgabe ist problemlos im Parkhaus rund um die Uhr. Auch da ist sehr nettes Personal.

From where to start. When I went to pick the car up from Bonn the guy on the frond desk mixed up my name with another customer. I booked and PREPAID online for a car and because I wanted a diesel I selected the option and the amount was increased because of the extra selection. At the desk the person there starting telling me that the price I paid didn't include diesel and we started arguing. When he saw that he was looking at the wrong contract he apologized, he said that he has no diesel and that when I bring the car to the destination in Berlin I should inform his colleague there to the money I paid for the diesel option from the money they will charge me for refueling the car, which will be deducted from the deposit I gave. I took the car and left. Today when I brought the car in excelled condition, at around 09:00 and went to the frond desk to explain what happened, the girl working there started interrupting me without letting me explain to her what happened she started yelling at me and when I asked for her manager she said "I am alone here and I am not calling anyone". I asked her again to lower her voice, but she kept yelling. I told her to call her colleague in Bonn to clear things out again she refused very unpolite and started yelling at me again. I asked for her manager's number to call my self and she threatened me that she would call the police if I didn't leave. I told her to call the police but then stopped talking to me. I tried to call the offices in Bonn but when I was waiting for a representative to talk with the line was cut off. Then I tried once more with the girl and I did the procedure of renting a car through the website I selected everything I had selected before and even if she saw that the amount goes up when you select the diesel option and stays like that when I reached the last step where I had to pay, again she started saying that diesel is extra and when they don't give a diesel car it is not paid, something that I DID. It was the worst experience I ever had with a rental company and AVIS will be in the black list from now.
The car I rented was great.

Über check 24 ein Auto dort gemietet, leider wurde kurz vor der Abholung der Ausweis geklaut... verständlicherweise wurde das Fahrzeug nicht raus gegeben. Check24 den Fall geschildert und es wurde mit Kulanz gerechnet... FEHLANZEIGE! So um die 160€ wurden für nix einbehalten! Als wir das Auto nicht bekommen haben, war ja storniert! Sucht euch unbedingt ne andere Vermietung! Der Typ an der Rezeption war echt nett, hilft aber leider auch nix!

Sehr freundliches, kompetentes und engagiertes Personal. Ich wurde vor Ort sehr gut beraten und mir wurden alle Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, welches Fahrzeug ich zu welchem Preis ich mieten kann. Ich bin äußerst positiv überrascht, da ich sonst nicht so positive Erfahrungen mit Mietwagenstationen ( Alle Hersteller, dies bezieht sich nicht nicht nur auf Avis)hatte. Witam. Wypożyczenie samochodu przebiegło jak najbardziej dobrze. Jednak po oddaniu koszt posprzątania samochodu wyniósł 150 €!!! Całkowity koszt wynajmu wynosił 340€. Pojawia się pytanie. Czy odkurzenie podłogi samochodu jest aż tak kosztowne? Tapicerka, siedzenia, przednia szyba nie podlegały żadnemu specjalistycznemy czyszczeniu. To napewno ostatni raz kiedy skorzystałem z oferty tej firmy. I nie polecę jej moim znajomym.
