We called last minute for prom , and the office staff was very helpful and found us a limo, at a very reasonable price, night of prom they arrived right on time ,with Troy being the driver, he introduced himself to each kid and treated them like an adult, he went out of his way the whole night to make sure the kids had a great evening (and thy did). We booked this service for a very early morning ride to the airport. It did not show up at the appointed time. After multiple calls and a lengthy wait, he did show up. Because of the delay we were promised a free ride on our next ride to the airport. Imagine my surprise when they refused to honor their promise. Will never use again.
