Staff at Autopark in Barrie were great from the ‘welcoming hello’ to the ‘hope you enjoy your new vehicle’. Cameron was our sales representative and had a great experience with him. Answered all our questions, made things very easy and relaxed, never felt pressured into buying. I test drove 2 vehicles with my family in vehicle, and Cameron allowed us to go on local streets and on hwy ourselves with full confidence. Nunzio helped with financing also a pleasure to work with. We ended up buying the same day, and so far in love with our new vehicle. If you’re in this area and looking for a car, check them out.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shawn, the manager at AutoPark Barrie. His arrogance, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior were shocking, especially for someone in a leadership position. Managers are supposed to set a positive example, but Shawn’s attitude does the complete opposite.

We really liked the car and the pricing, but because of Shawn’s attitude, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. It is clear that this is likely not the first time he has treated someone like this, and it won’t be the last unless something changes. It’s a shame, because this type of behavior is costing the dealership business.

I’ve been wanting a Kia Sorento for a few years now but could never find anything in my price range.
