I hate given this store one star!!!! ? Customer service is horrible! The representatives look you up and down before asking what's needed.

I ordered two 16 Pro Max iPhones, a charge for one of them, and the 2-year protection for both phones.

My checking was debited for well over $3200 and I received confirmation the next day to pick up the phones.

Unbeknownst to me, not only was I charged the $3200 for the items I purchased but Apple charged me for a third protection plan and for a second charger.

What's crazy is that I had no idea about the unauthorized charges until I got to this Apple location to find that one phone was not ready!

I asked a very nonchalant, uncaring, cocky "supervisor" what did I need to do to pick up the order I've already paid for. He informed me to contact customer service. Yet, he and I both knew customer service was closed!!!

So I'm out of $1524 for a phone I thought I was purchasing and $300+ for a charger and protection I never authorized.

I am canceling the order for the second phone, and if my daughter didn't have her hopes up for the other phone, I would have canceled the order for that phone too.

Beware! Awful Customer Service Etiquette! Fraudulent Tendencies!

One star was NOT DESERVED!!!

Jeanette was the associate who helped us at the Ala Moana Center store 8BCJ. She greeted us with a smile upon entering the store. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a variety of options to choose from. As a business owner myself, Jeanette was the perfect associated. She looked like she wanted to be at work, that she liked her job and never got annoyed with the questions we asked of her. We walked out a happy customer of 26 years. Now, I'm waiting for the phone to arrive hopefully in time so I can capture footage of my husband at the Spartan Race.

Ordered a new phone for pick and from the time I walked in the door til when I left the service was top notch. Rod was the customer service representative that helped me. Not only did he provide phenomenal service but also was knowledgeable, personable and genuinely kind. I had a lot of questions and he was supportive and just the best type of human you could encounter. I also had my small daughter with me and he was kind to her as well. I have been an AT&T client for over a decade and Rod provided the best service I have ever had country wide. Thank you Rod, AT&T should be grateful for you 🙂 Devan opened the door with kindness and Nala was helpful in local recommendations, just loved loved loved my experience. Get your phone needs here!

After having a nightmare at Verizon changing over to AT&T was a great pleasure! I was with Verizon for 9 years and they totally jacked me around! Working with Shayne at the Ala Moana shopping center was a great experience! He is very professional! AT&T Mahalo

I was there to purchase a phone, waited for service about 10mins. Service representative walked away offering no service and unclear explanation of what was going on and what was needed. She walked away and I was told it’s time for her to get off work but another representative would assist. Didn’t get any service, had to interrupt two representatives who were just chatting and ask for service. Overall experience was horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Giving a one star is too many.
