Great location in Artisan Square and especially right above the French inspired bakery where we could have our breakfast & lunches with amazing views of Snug Cove. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Our room was nice and bright with lots of natural light during daytime due to windows which we liked. The rooms, bed & sofa bed were clean and well maintained. There a number of shops conveniently located next to the hotel which included art gallery, creativity workshop for kids, bookstore; housewares & gifts; chocolate shop; natural skin & body care shop. There was something for everyone!! As for restaurants, it was a quick 5 mins drive down to the restaurants near the ferry terminal or it would have been a 20min walk per way to/from hotel. All in all, we had a very relaxed time and enjoyed all the artisan food we ate.

This is my third time staying at the artisan suites! A must place to stay when on the island! It was seamless! The room was immaculate! The personal touches like bottled water, chocolate on the bed and accommodating my allergies and had hypoallergenic pillows waiting for me!
Will definitely be back! ❤️

Great experience, wonderful space! Check in was seamless, room was beautiful and clean. Very spacious and welcoming. From the bottles of water to the chocolate gave a nice touch. Coffee maker was an added bonus. Sofa and bed were both comfortable. Views from the room were spectacular.

We stayed in the Cape Suite. The views were stunning. The room felt stylish, but also cosy and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. Self check-in worked just as described in the email comms.

The Artisan Eats cafe below is convenient for a delicious breakfast.

I would definitely stay here again if visiting Bowen Island - indeed I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else!

Stayed two nights in the Mt. Gardner suite. The oversized room has a balcony overlooking the very cute Artisan Square. Four suites are located on the second floor and our room had the only soaking tub. Self check-in worked as instructed and communication with the owners was efficient and quick. Two suites have a water view. Our nicely designed suite had a comfy queen bed, great air-conditioning, quick WiFi, lots of amenities and Netflix.||Staying in the high season of July and the BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay operated at full capacity on most runs. With a little preparation was able to bring our car as planned because reservations are not available to Bowen Island. Excellent eatery located below our suite with healthy and decadent choices. Book early because the suites go fast. Enjoyed our summer stay and will be back.

We were looking to book but AirBnB style booking fees turns me off.
The nightly room price doesn’t include the separate $30 cleaning fee for your stay. This seems disingenuous as the nightly rate should include this price if it’s inescapable.

Just raise your rates to accommodate your costs.

We were lucky enough to win a two night getaway at the Cape Suite at the Artisan Suites on Bowen! We had the most amazing view from our room and enjoyed our first afternoon watching the ferries from the room. The bed was very comfortable & we loved the espresso maker in the room, a very thoughtful touch. We really enjoyed the local self care products (shampoo, lotion etc) that were made right down the street on Bowen! The space itself was quiet and peaceful, and we never wanted to leave! Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely be back!

This was my second time here and I was in the Mount Gardner room which overlooks the commercial space of Artisan Square. It was as equally beautiful as the ocean facing suites and has a small balcony to sit for your morning coffee. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need including a diffuser for the blow dryer! This is my go to spot to stay on Bowen; highly recommended.
