If I could give more stars, I would!! Yesterday our wheelchair van broke down, and Simon was so gracious and sent Emily to our rescue. She arrived promptly, and treated us like royalty. The van was a very nice and extremely clean rear-entry wheelchair van. My daughter's Permobile power wheelchair drove in easily and was locked down quickly with easy release tie downs. My cell phone was really low on battery, and they even gave me a phone charger to use! I am so grateful for this awesome experience and will recommend this company to all of our wheelchair community! Thank you so much Simon and Emily!

This group of employees are absolutely amazing. From first contact making the call they were polite,understand and accommodating with my father's needs.
Emily was absolutely a doll she was so willing to jump in and provide assistance if needed. I do not believe any other company will measure up to their services. Outstanding jobs all the way around!! Thank you

Even though how saddening and upsetting my stay was at August Healthcare off wellington in Wilmington. Arrive had me covered. They went above and beyond. I'd call them again any day for my transportation services. They got me home, settled and situated. They made sure I was completely satisfied and taken care of before leaving me. I would recommend ARRIVE ANY DAY!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE!

And a special shout-out to the drivers Dane and Simon for being so responsible and respectful. They were very generous and caring of my needs. Thank you gentlemen again so much for your help in getting me home and safe.

Folks with integrity and a heart.
Arrive Transport picked us up from the VA in Wilmington and took us home to Leland after we missed our ride home.(Hubby is in a wheelchair. ) I kept waiting to be billed and wasn't because of their graciouness. There are still good people around.
We will certainly use them again but as paying customers.

From the moment you book their service until the end of your journey, everything will be seamless and professional. Drivers are punctual, arriving right on time for both pick up and drop off.
