As a small service oriented business owner, I cannot with good conscience recommend this company. A tech came out in July and charged me $850 to swap out 2 switches, and for about 20 minutes of work.
When I called to inquire about the excessive price tag, they the phone girl stated they would give me free service and maintenance every 6 months. Fair enough, so I agreed.
Yesterday a tech showed up, and from the start I could tell that this wasn't a maintenance call but rather a glorified build up to a sales pitch. Sure enough he stated my unit was too small, and began speaking about upcoming changes in regulation that would render my unit obsolete.
He stated that my panel was open and sucking in garage air. I let him know that the last person who opened it was from AND Services. He told me that's not something he would do (as if he were here and observed?) . The tech reassured me he would close it back up. He also stated he would clean out the line because it was full of algae. I had to run to another customers, so I left with my mother in law in the house for the paperwork. When I got home, neither was done, and I was told he left right after I did. My objective experience is that this company is more concerned about profits than service. Attached are photos.

A definite five star rating. The crew of three were very informative during the installation of the ac condenser and air handler. No need for supervision at all. They hit the ground running once they showed up. Great teamwork for sure. No trash was left behind etc. My garage was exceptionally clean.

I have to recommend And Services. Eric was nothing short of professional. He was genuine, with a vested interest in making sure our unit was not only fully functional but that we were exempt from future problems. He was patient and attentive and took the extra time to explain anything we needed clarification on. I am from a small town and very rarely do I get so blessed as to work with someone like Eric, bringing back personable interactions and integrity in a industry I have had less then desired interactions. Thank you very much for your help.

Eric came to my home a few months ago and set me up with a brand new air conditioner. He was here for well over 4 hours Explaining everything to me.
Today he came for a 6 month. Checkup and my unit is still running Perfectly.
He is a very kind and Knowledgeable and thorough in his work.

I called when my AC was out and they were here within about an hour and offered very reasonably priced services, including a maintenance plan which I signed up for. I’m confident they will be my go to for AC electrical and plumbing! No charge for diagnosis and everyone was very nice!

From the person on the phone to our service advisor, Eric, everything was excellent! First of Eric came to our house to check our air condition faster than we could hope for. After almost only 1 hr after we called he was here. He is an amazing person, EXTREMELY knowledge and so willing to help and answer every single question we had with a smile in his face. He did an incredible job with checking our system and not even one time whatsoever we felt pressure to buy anything or felt that he was trying to push us to do something, comparing to other companies that came to check our system. He explained everything to us and all of our options to fix the problem. We couldn't be happier with choosing this company to fix our air condition system.
