Dr. Taylor took his time and thoroughly explained the anatomy of my eye. He did a great job. I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in a long time and the staff was great at easing my anxiety. Great staff!

I have been going to Americas best in 3 different states since 2017 and have always appreciated the eye care club. All the locations have been wonderful. The people in idaho falls have been very nice, but every single order we have placed for contacts glasses are wrong. Or glasses we received are wrong, our contacts are never ready when it’s time to pick up & my husband received the wrong contacts he now has to wear for the next 2 months. Just too many mistakes for us to keep coming here.

Wasn't a fan of the optometrist they had here last year but Dr Aaron Taylor was amazing. He helped me get a better idea of what could be going on with my eye. He didn't make me feel rushed.he listened. I now have some new insight and also regained hope in the integrity of America's best. THANK YOU!

Amazing love the staff is soo sweet Helene, was so Savy & her customer service skills where top notch I will be visiting this facility again. Dr. Wickes was so sweet funny and we all around enjoyed the visit. Highly recommended ❤️

I love my new glasses. The lady helped me find some that looked good on me and I ended up with kids glasses because I have such a small face. She also helped me understand the difference between the bifocal and the progressive lenses. My new glasses fit so much better than my last pair that were ladies size and the progressive is so amazing! I love my new glasses!! They were great!

Honestly one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been to and I will not be going back ever again. Like many other reviews, I too was seen by a doctor on zoom which isn’t preferable, then I was given a prescription for contacts I’ve never used even though I asked repeatedly for a prescription for the ones I have used for the past 15 years. I went ahead and tried the contacts and they hurt my eyes so bad. I then called to see if I could get a new prescription for the ones I use normally and they wanted me to come back for another appointment which I do not have time for and didn’t want to drag my kids to again. I never went back and then tried to order contacts through a different company and couldn’t because the prescription was for contacts that only work with America’s Best. I just went ahead and scheduled a new appt with a different eye doc
tor in town. What a waste of my time and money!

If you want efficiently, professionalism, and attention… go somewhere else. I pay for the eye club but I’m going to let it expire and will go somewhere else from now on. I had an appointment, they wasted 45 minutes of my time to tell me they couldn’t get a good enough picture of my eye for the virtual doctor so I had to come all the way back the next day for an appointment with a live doctor. I waited almost an hour past my appointment, redid all the stuff I had done the day before, waited again. Finally I got in with the doctor. He was very socially awkward, rushed through my exam and made his own assumptions for the “one or two? Two or three” portion of the test. When I shared my concerns he said “oh okay we’ll just bump your prescription up to the next level”…. Based on what? So after that mess, I waited again and they were appalled that I wanted to order contacts there and had to find someone to actually help me order them. At this point I was out because of the delays in my appointments, so they gave me 5 pairs of trials. When I asked if there was more I could purchase to get me until my order comes in, they told me just to wear them more than one day to stretch them out (they’re dailies). While trying to order them, I had to physically show her them on her spreadsheet because she was clueless. She told me the price per box, and the total and I told her that didn’t add up, it was double what the price per box times 8 should be. She said “oh yeah, you’re right” and typed more on her computer. My mistake at this point was letting her charge my card. She charged my card the double amount and when I questioned it, she said “no thats how much they are” and then showed me a different spreadsheet with the double price on it. For the same lens. Sneaky. I was out of contacts and in a hurry at this point so I went along with it. Two weeks later they finally come in- I drive all the way out to pick them up. Also irritated, I made another mistake. I didn’t count them. They only gave me half of my order. I called today and they said “oh they were hidden on the back of the shelf”. So now I have to waste another hour going to get them again. The lady I spoke to on the phone when I first called was very short and rude and unprofessional. She quickly brushed me off and said she’d have her manager call me. Any time you walk in there- it’s like you’re bothering their free time sitting behind the desk. Sorry for being an inconvenience ladies, after I pick up my expensive contacts, I will not bother you any more. I promise.

I was recommended by a friend to go here after 6 years with the same glasses. Every step of the way the staff was very helpful. They explained everything about my visit to me and kept making sure I understood what was happening.
I got 3 test done, examine with the doctor and picked out glasses. I got a bonus and decide to try contacts for the 1st time. The lady who helped me was amazing, even being 30 I felt like a child not knowing how they worked and she sat with me to show me and boosted my confidence with the help she gave me as well as advise.
My insurance was limited so they explained the best benefit to everything I was trying to get and the most cost affect way to make that happen for me.
Overall best experience I could have had. Not to mention all the staff was so friendly! I’ve already recommended this place to multiple people!
