Pretty smooth going from SLF to Cliff Lodge. Not the best experience in going from Cliff Lodge to SLC. I showed up a few minutes before the shuttle time to the pickup area. I asked the hotel valet where to find the shuttle and they told me to wait at some specific white couches and that a driver would arrive shortly and go to that area for guests. 20 minutes after the pickup time I was still there and no one had come so I called an Uber. I then got a call 35 minutes after the pickup time asking if I still needed a ride. The person on the line was remarkably rude - saying the driver was there and seemed immediately irritated that I said I’d followed the instructions and no one showed up

Some of the worst drivers we share our roads with. Just saw another shuttle blow through a stop sign in my residential neighborhood, cutting off a school bus, dangerously close to me walking my dog.

These guys truly don't give a damn about safety.

Alta Shuttle is hands down the best airport transportation to Little Cottonwood Canyon!!
Traveled from Snowbird to airport with Alta Shuttle, snowing so hard you could not see anything, let alon the road. Our driver stayed so calm and collected, even all the way to the airport the snow keep coming down very heavily. I'll never forget that trip to the airport!!!!
Alta Shuttle got us there safe!!!

These guys really saved our butts after the other 2 name brand ride services couldn't locate drivers after nearly 20 mins of waiting. They were fast, efficient, safe (4x4 van) and Sofia the driver did a fantastic job delivering my girlfriend and I to the airport. Looking for a 6th star to add to the review.

I used Alta Shuttle last year for my trip to Alta, and have found them to be as reliable and timely as a Swiss watch. They are friendly, accommodating and safe, and I have been grateful for their service this year as well. They are my go to for airport to resort travel.

Just called them 9/14/22, and had a very bad experience with them. I called them up to find out how much it would cost to use their service, and the man answering the phone sounded put off by the request. Then when I asked him how I would go about using their service, he hung up on me. A terrible experience indeed.

Used the shuttle from Alta to SLC airport. Great customer service, quick and reliable.
