ACVL movers and there team members are really good amarinder and his team did a great job. The pickup was smooth and on time.
👆🏿This is my previous post and I have to edit after the delivery. Because, drop off was awful. The company never wants to contact you even after reporting the damages few times. Check photos for more details.

They hire people who are not capable to do their job. They broke the stairs in my house, broke the furniture, dresser. They didn't finish the moving and left me to move the rest complaining that the furniture is oversized. They deliver the furniture after a day from the scheduled time.

I reached out to them for long distance moving and it was a very short notice. However, they made it happen as promised. Both of my loading and unloading team were amazing. Especially the drop off team came back to return one of the missing item without any extra charges. I found their service is affordable compared to other moving companies (you can save more if you know your thing’s weight precisely before obtaining the quote). My overall experience with ACVL was good.

Repeated Failure and Poor Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company. This is the second time they have failed to honor their commitment to pick up my belongings, despite confirming the scheduled time on the morning of April 5th/2025.

Not only did the movers not show up, but I also received no communication to inform me of any delays or issues. This repeated irresponsibility is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and stress.

I urge potential customers to be cautious when choosing this company, as their lack of professionalism and reliability has been a consistent issue. I also hope the company will take responsibility for improving their service and ensuring this does not happen to others.

Amarinder and his team highly professional and super fast in picking up my stuff from a storage facility same day I booked. They also communicate regularly to update me on their work, sending me pictures and videos, as I was not around. The pickup process was so smooth and hope to get it delivered soon. I have moved my stuff from Quebec to Ontario with them. First of all I really want to appreciate Thomas from the service team and Ameen from dispatch team. They were stick to the quote. No extra charges after the delivery. I have some fragile items too. No damages happened. (They took some extra care for this). They wrapped all my stuff with moving blankets which is a really good thing. I will drop some pictures. I took it after I unrapped my stuff.
Over all it’s a hassle free process for me.!
