Hubs went in to rent a tool. The salesman, Rob, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He even offered tips on the most beneficial ways to get the best results. Al-Cha also offers 4 hours rental terms, which is great for what we needed! Very much appreciated! Highly recommend!!

Called to have a snowblower fixed and serviced before the snow fall and they picked up and returned asap and the next day had a mishap with a tarp and they picked up and have fixed and serviced a second snowblower with no hesitation or no response. Now 2 homes have their snowblower and ready for the next winter storm.

I had a very good experience with this place.i called asked about a stump grinder they gave me a price and went to pick it up they explained everything I needed to know about the machine and it was a beast of a machine it did the job fast and efficiently.their prices are pretty fair as well.

Saturday afternoon I called before going.
The lady on the phone told me if I come after two you qualify for only one day charge.

I arrived at 2pm, what I was told on the phone was completely wrong. I was told by the lady in person I needed to come back after 3pm. I proceeded and came back at 3pm to be charged a day and also a half day since Monday is a holiday and that they are closed.

The male that was processing my invoice, the lady kept repeating “half day charge, half day charge” I disagree with being charged for something that we cant control. Its a government holiday and that shouldnt be a half day charge. I also mentioned about the sign behind the counter how it states about booking after a certain time..

I was quiet frustrated about driving 45 minutes to be told to come back at 3 to say a charge.. meanwhile I returned and I’m still being charged half day.

I have wrote this review to also give any other customer a heads up about this experience.

Can not return Sunday, that is why you rent Saturday before. closing, that way you get Saturday with a few hours then all day Sunday for a 1 day rental, works great for me,
