We had a Saturday evening AC emergency and Terrence Trotter was our technician. He was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what happened. This must be the worst AC company in the area.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Horrible customer service, zero communication skills.
For two months all I been hearing after every phone call is 'we will call you back' or 'let me call you back in 15min' but they never call back. I've reached out to them numerous times, but never got an update on the part they ordered.

Two tips for this company:
Firstly, teach your staff how to properly greet a customer, just a 'good morning' or 'have a nice day' isn't that much to ask for.
And secondly, if you say you're going to call back, call back.

AIR SERVICE, WAS GREAT !,
I called Air service at 8pm and got a quick response Tech, was ready to come out immediately and service my commercial unit.
It was late so I shecduled a service for the next day. Terrance came out on time, checked all my unites and found the problem in less than 10 minutes of his coming.

Terence just left our home after making some urgent repairs to our AC system, which decided to break down past 8:00 on a Friday evening. We called around but could not find anybody available later in the evening until we lucked out and found AireServ and Terence. Not only did we pay a very reasonable price for the repairs, but I found the service charge entirely worth it for such prompt, efficient, experienced, knowledgeable service. He also discussed some future upgrades we might consider for our aging system, and when we do, I know we'll be calling them back! I would give six stars if I could.

We LOVE Aire Serv! Terence Trotter just left our house and we are so, so grateful to him. The whole Aire Serv team was so timely and professional, and Terence did an incredible job of efficiently diagnosing our problem and solving it immediately. We've had experiences in the past with HVAC companies overselling services for the commission. That is not the case here at all - Terence was incredibly honest, and informative, and we could tell he had our interests at heart. If you are in the New Orleans area and need HVAC support, Aire Serv is the best. Thank you, Terence!

So incredibly thankful for Aire Serv!! Terrence came out to check on my unit because we had a horrible leak. He was so kind and actually worked with me with options instead of just finding the most expensive fix. What a great guy! What a great company!
